No Biden pardon would apply to any crime Fauci or anyone else commits after he left office. This includes perjury, fraud, obstruction, conspiracy, etc. As someone pointed out today on TV, Congress can still subpoena them to testify and the 5th amendment protection against self incrimination would not apply: after the pardon they cannot be prosecuted. Do at least we can learn what they all did and how corrupt they are. Including Joe.

I don't know the legal status, but i don't think the president should be able to pardon someone who committed treason, especially since Biden himself profited from the conspiracy. We should never forget that "the big guy" got a gif of every one of those illegal payoffs from the ChiComs, Ukrainians, etc.
