Without doing any research, my sense is that such protests this weekend are smaller and getting less attention than those in the past. Even in this thread, I see more pictures of past protests than those from this weekend.

At least in my opinion, no reason for the media or others to amplify these protests. Just ignore them. Best to focus on Day One and the 100+ executive orders that will be signed on Monday. Govern well and maybe, just maybe, the margins of Republican control in the House and Senate will actually increase at the mid-terms.
