The federal govt is bloated, inefficient, & wasteful. Fire every govt employee with a function that is not essential. They don't. Home and auto use actuarial tables. Complex math and algorithms to determine a % of loss for all customers, how many customers are needed to cover those losses and which customers are most likely to cause them. Your rates are, largely, determined by where you fall on the algorithm.
