Also when talking about NYC housing you almost have to talk about only NYC as it's fairly unique. Ie the solutions in Rural Ohio and NYC will not be the same. They aren't really the same problem.
No I fundamentally agree with him but some things are better left unsaid; he's received a bunch of backlash particularly from the Gen Z crowd who is already wavering on Trump. Not a good message to send out before midterms
