Ah yes. So many people think the economy is great but they are worried they will be mocked if they answer an anonymous survey about it truthfully…..

What complete idiots. So out of touch.

I bet if they (most of the administration) were asked the current price of everyday items they couldn't get them right.

Line them all up and have them play various games from the Price is Right show and get the popcorn ready for some good laughs.

Get a Bob Barker AI to ask the price questions and then remind them all to spay and neuter their pets.

No BUDOS, I answered your post about J6 in detail.

It's still your place to explain why no one made a big deal about lethal riots by the Left, and why it was OK for Hillary to pull stunts after the 2016 election but Trump is some kind of criminal for protesting the 2020 outcome.

The stench of the hypocrisy is not something I am willing to ignore.

For now, can we maybe agree to spay and neuter the Representatives and Senators for the welfare of the United States?

No problem wanting to do that. My fear is that the American public will continue their increasing apathy and overall unwillingness to put forth sufficient effort to cast intelligent, informed votes. And it would be nice if more of us were also politically active instead of political gripers.

Not how this works. I responded to BUDOS' post and asked my own questions.

It's on him - and his side - to answer, not just throw more questions.

This is a discussion, not an interrogation. You and he ignored a whole lot of bad behavior by the Left, and you need to explain why.

Far too late to just toss off 'oh yeah it was wrong' and pretend that's all you need to address, because you have thrown a fit for literally years about J6.

Again, you have to explain yourself, not pretend your hands are clean.

Because you said nothing when Hillary tried to overthrow the 2016 election, nothing during the summer of 2020 during the bombings and murders, and nothing later about them.

Just J6.

Your hands are not clean. Don't pretend they are, just because you want it to all be about Trump.

I've already explained that. Far from ignoring the 2020 riots, I was extremely critical of them at the time. They don't justify similar behavior by the right...or are you saying they do? I'll add that question to the ones BUDOS asked.

No Sam, still up to you and BUDOS.

In the first place, no I do not recall you actually condemning the summer 2020 riots. And you absolutely had nothing to say about Hillary's behavior after the 2016 election.

You do not get to pretend now that you did so.

And a single day of protests, where a very small number of people actually committed any crimes but thousands more faced prosecution on dubious evidence at best, in no way is the 'same thing' as eight thousand separate acts of violent rioting, including 37 murders. You do not get to pretend they are the same.

And then there is that J6 Committee that deliberately destroyed its own evidence. You never mentioned seeing a problem with that, so yes you still need to explain that.

I certainly know what you and BUDOS are doing. It's an old rhetorical trick; keep the other side explaining and never you. Keep the initiative so they are answering your questions, never you having to answer unpleasant things.

I don't play that game. I already stated my position, and simply challenged you to explain why you did not say anything except when you could attack Trump.

I understand it's a difficult position for you ethically, but you put yourself there and it's no good pretending you did not.

As I said and will continue to affirm, your hands are not clean.

Yes, you seem to know that trick rather well.

I could search my old posts and quote them, but I've done that before, and you always refuse to acknowledge what's plainly there.

The question isn't whether 2020 and J6 were "the same" in whatever partisan sense you understand it. Again, the very simple question is whether J6 was okay.

But J6 was not 'the question'. That you keep ducking the question is telling.

I asked BUDOS because in most things, even when we disagree, he is honest.

You, Sam, stopped being honest a long time ago.

So in a way it's no surprise you remain morally absent from these discussions.

Textbook correct. inflation is caused when the supply of money increases faster than the supply of goods. To fight it, you can restrict the supply of money (austerity measures) or you can increase the supply of goods (supply side economics).

Bessent's plan is classical supply side economics = to grow the economy faster than the debt.

An illegal immigrant accused of driving under the influence and killing two young boys in South Carolina is now the subject of an immigration detainer, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced on Friday.

Eri Otoniel Roblero Perez, an illegal immigrant from Mexico, allegedly veered off the road and hit Dereon James Robinson, 12, and Mikhail-Lee Smith, 9, who were riding their bikes on the sidewalk, FOX Carolina reported.

Both died at the hospital.

Perez is charged with two counts of felony DUI resulting in death, open container and driving without a license.

Dereon's mother, Megan, said during a court hearing that she was walking behind the children when the crash happened and was "almost hit" herself, WYFF reported.

"I ran to my son while he bled to death," Megan told the judge.

One of Dereon's brothers added, "now I have to bury my own brother who looked up to me, on his own birthday."

DHS confirmed Perez entered the country illegally at an unknown date and time.
"This criminal illegal alien from Mexico had no business being in our country, and now two boys are dead because he decided to drive under the influence," said DHS acting assistant secretary Lauren Bis.

Okay, Oldbear, my first reaction is that this is just another repeated effort to deflect, which I normally have grown so tired of receiving. However, you often have a more deeper belief process, so I'm hoping that is the motivation. As for me, if there is/was evidence that the riots were motivated by the Clintons, Democrats, ANTIFA, Proud Boys, ACLU or Q-Anon then it should have been investigated then or even now and let the rule of law rule (for a change). In my opinion, the press both overreacted and extended the mania, whether or not the cause(s) had some justification. Crap, dude, I'm no Democrat and I'm not a blooming/bleeding liberal; but I am not a MAGA person either.

If Hillary helped plan those riots and instigated them then she should have been locked the hell up!! and at least the key lawbreakers with her.

I'll confess to whatever I believe is the truth as it relates to any part you believe I may have played in that stuff, but that's all. Below is just a research article I found on the internet. In my opinion it whitewashes the overall period this went on, but it does give a small part of the tip of the iceberg which was made available to the public, if they chose to go find it.

" During the period between May 25th, 2020 and July 31st, 2020
  • 8,700 protests occurred across 68 major cities.
  • Approximately, 3,692 of these protests involved illegal but nonviolent acts of civil disobedience and 574 involved acts of violence.
  • Some cities experienced a level of sustained and relentless violence and civil unrest during this time while other cities reported experiencing peaceful and lawful assemblies with minimal criminal or violent activities.
  • It has not yet been determined why certain cities experienced larger crowds or higher levels of violence when others did not.
  • Specific trends and similarities in relation to protester tactics, timeframes, and coordination were identified across most cities.
  • Many out-of-state protesters were also identified by most major city law enforcement agencies and some also encountered paid protesters.
  • The weekend of May 29th to June 1 st was the most violent weekend that most agencies experienced, and nationwide coordination was recognized between protest groups in major cities.
  • Approximately, 16,241 individuals were arrested for criminal acts committed during the protests.
  • More than half of the 68 agencies reported their District Attorney's Office elected not to prosecute protest-related cases and most cases nationwide continue to be dismissed by prosecutors.
  • Police Use of Force was proportionate to the level of violence and civil disobedience experienced by every agency and law enforcement entity as a whole demonstrated tremendous restraint in their response to the 2020 protests.

Good morning BUDOS;

Here is my point.

The J6 events have been discussed extensively over the last five years. The actions, responses and so on have been covered as well as can be.

We know, for example, that prior to his speech President Trump offered to bring in National Guard to keep D.C. secure, and that Nancy Pelosi declined that action. This is important because it demonstrates responsible consideration by the President which his enemies refuse to admit, but which is established fact;

We know that President Trump asked protesters to march "peacefully", and that request was deleted by mainstream media, further confirming that Trump's enemies were maligning him falsely;

We know that for all the claims of 'insurrection' and 'sedition', Trump himself was never formally charged with those crimes, his enemies likely knowing already that the actual events did not meet the requirements. Yet again this demonstrates the accusations are not factual;

We know that many people who did nothing but protest faced legal harassment, and many of the sentences were well out of line for the actual offenses. Especially in light of how actual violence by leftist protesters was ignored;

We know that the only murder on J6 was the shooting of an unarmed protester, as opposed to thirty-seven confirmed murders by leftists in their riots. We know the Left burned down dozens if not hundreds of buildings, including police stations, while no building was destroyed or set on fire on J6. We know J6 was one event on one day, as opposed to over eight thousand coordinated riots by leftists. Yet hundreds of J6 protesters, many who committed no violence, saw severe jail time while very few leftists ever saw any sort of consequence;

We know that there was important evidence destroyed by the J6 committee, rather than let the public see it.

But the biggest hypocrisy is that the Left has made J6 its daily devotional, the bone which they gnaw every day, while the thousands of riots by the Left are ignored by the Democrats and the media, in hopes people will just forget those crimes. People like Sam and Oso obsess on Trump so much, yet have no interest in the crimes abetted by Harris and Pelosi.

J6 has been hashed to a fare-thee-well. It's long overdue to hold the Left accountable for its arsons and murders, and to require some measure of objectivity from those who can see no enemy by the sitting President.

Because the data was SO CONVINCING and STUNNING

"I wanna tell everybody how this happened. I send President Trump some information."

"With one dose of Ibogaine, more than 80% of people are free of that addiction. With two doses, it's more than 90%. I sent him that information."

"The text message came back, sounds great. Do you want FDA approval? Let's do it. It was literally that quick!"

"For 56 years, we've lived under those terrible conditions. We're free of that now."

"We're free of that now, thanks to all these people that you see next to me, and thanks to President Trump!" @joerogan
