I think the problem is the wording. Constitution clearly says two terms is the limit, but it does not say you cannot run even if you cannot serve.

Thanks to a recent trade deal with China, Teslas are cheaper in Canada than here because they can import them directly from the Gigafactory in China.

For all the bluster of "decoupling from China", the problem is the broad tariff approach decoupled us from the world and it is slowly and steadily realigning to help China adjust. But Trump may have been saved from himself by the Supreme Court ruling. Get back to strategic targeting of China and you might actually make some headway.
