Bodies still in water and fat ******* has to make it all about him. Truly disgusting and unpresidential and a complete slap in the face to families who are mourning loss of a loved one.

Not mention I find it ironic and laughable that orange ******* would deny others to serve in our military when private bone spurs was too scared.
The mentally ill are not allowed in the military. Tale as old as time, bro.

That is one big fireball. Some great film of it. Looks like someone dropped a big bomb in the middle of the street

They are saying it was a twin tail mounted engine plane and from the way the flames burned, it was in the aft section. Either catastrophic engine failure or one of the turbines threw a blade into the other engine

Small details sometimes matter.

At 8:48 and 38 seconds, the ATC at Reagan asks the helicopter

"PAT-25 Do you have the CRJ in sight?" then directs the helicopter to "pass behind CRJ"

The helicopter pilot confirms he sees a plane and requests "visual separation"

https://nypost.com/2025/01/30/us-news/timeline-of-air-traffic-controllers-issuing-warnings-before-american-airlines-plane-black-hawk-helicopter-collision-in-dc/

See the problem? Neither the controller nor the helicopter pilot identifies the direction of the aircraft they mean. Controllers usually include numerical details such as 'CRJ at your eleven o'clock' or 'I have visual at my four o'clock'. That is especially important in high-traffic areas like Reagan.

Also, you may recall that the ATC handling the airliner was not supposed to also be handling the helicopter. One reason why is this:

"One of the factors investigators will likely be looking at is if the crew of the CRJ was aware of the helicopter. Military aircraft often utilize ultra high frequency (UHF) radios while civilian aircraft utilize very high frequency (VHF). The aircraft using disparate frequencies can hear ATC talking to other aircraft but will not hear the pilot's response."

https://www.flyingmag.com/news/atc-communications-between-jet-army-black-hawk-face-scrutiny-in-d-c-midair/

Any one detail can be important. Put enough assumptions together, and really bad things can happen.

I can't see how this is anything but pilot error.

Wonder if there is a "political" reason we don't know the identity of the woman pilot.

Also have you heard anything about the call sign designation referring to VIPs on board?

Been out all day, only repeating what my spouse mentioned she had heard.

What I heard is that the PAT was a 'Continuity of Government Proficiency Flight', meaning the crew was practicing moving VIPs in an emergency scenario.

There was another such exercise a few months back, which generated a lot of buzz at the time:

Ultimately it does look like pilot error caused by bad ATC if the reports about not giving directions of the plane to look for, one person handling both planes and helicopters and other reports are correct.

While the US has Rosie the Riveter, the Russians had Rozi the Fighter Pilot. Some women aces in the Soviet Air Force.

Female pilots for the US ferried bombers over the Atlantic.

The Army is refusing to release the name of the "female" pilot, ostensibly because the family doesn't want it released.

So yeah, you can pretty much presume that it's a DEI hire with a bad training record or a ******.

There's no benign, innocent explanation for it, and gross negligence on part of whoever was at the controls of the Blackhawk.

Also, a 100 foot deviation will probably result in you busting an ATP checkride as that is the maximum allowable altitude deviation. Certainly if you don't correct it, the examiner will bust you. Most guys will fly an ATP ride with no worse than a 20-40 foot altitude deviation, with it being dead on at all times. These are fixed wing limits. I can't imagine the rotorcraft limits are any more lax.

Ok, so post what really happened then. This tran was onboard and was mad at trump and we know trans are suicidal unstable people anyways. It also seems this blackhawk tried to hit 2 other planes before it finally crashed into the AA flight.
you are pathetic. She wasn't even on the plane. Saw her interviewed today. Morons like you ***** about "fake news" but propagate it yourself! Irony much. I'd love to see you fly Blackhawk Helicopters in the nat. guard. You don't have the ability to do either. Leave her the eff alone, you pig. Go away. We do not need your kind here.

Weak

Bottom line…..women have long proved themselves as capable military pilots.

And not just in the US.

The med-flight crash in Philly last night was a Shriners' Hospital Philly patient from Mexico. Her treatment had finished yesterday and her and a family member were headed from Philly>>>Springfield, MO>>>>TJ

Horrible. 11,000 ft/min descent rate 45 seconds after takeoff typically means catastrophic elevator failure or something like that. Basically nosedived into the ground. We just had ours huge Shriners'Hospital TX fundraiser last weekend. Sick to my stomach rt now.

The tower for the American flight in the chopper collision was supposed to have 30 Air Traffic Controllers. DEI hiring has slowed hiring so badly that they only have 20. And those folk are overworked. Makes them both tired and the Tower trying to cover the manpower shortage with scheduling issues. (per Fox News with NTSB official)

Of course. Let me explain it to you but i cannot understand it for you: no one objects to women pilots, etc. The objection is lowering standards to give unqualified women or bleks positions they do not deserve and risk public safety.

Senator Mullin was just on. Said that Air Traffic Controllers were trained in Okie. And they couldn't fill out the classes due to DEI requirements.

They released more info on the passengers in the Philly crash. One pediatric patient, his mother, and the four-person flight crew. Apparently, 1 died on the ground and 19 injuries as of this time.

God bless them all.
