The CIA has always conducted paramilitary options via the Special Activities Center (SAC) to execute psy op operations to destabilize or overthrow governments via a coup, or covert operations to assassinate foreign officials without a trace of evidence saying the US was behind it. This is public knowledge. And if you want you can apply for a job to do exactly this, although they prefer people with special forces experience (navy seals, delta force etc).

My hope is that people can understand the fact that USAID is wrong because of the missions they funded were dumb (psy op efforts to convince ppl that far left liberal agendas were appropriate), and not because they funded missions in secret and served as a front company for the CIA.
We still need the latter part in my opinion. Although dark, It is important that we covertly fund coups and assassinate certain leaders, but it has to be for the right purpose. Not the junk the USAID was funding. I probably sound like a nut job to some but it's "public"record that these activities have been happening for years, I just think USAID got too corrupt and too far left.
