This may be the most sinister of all the actions.

For those that throw around the term fascist but do not understand it - this is actual fascism.
Why is that?
Sam,
You see nothing wrong here? All ok? Nothing wrong with state run media and leaks?

Like someone else said, if what you are doing with government money is noble, you would welcome an audit.

They doth protest too much.

When "rats scurry out of a nest," it means that a group of rats are quickly leaving their nesting area, usually due to a disturbance or perceived threat, causing them to rapidly move away in a panicked manner
This is what we are seeing on TV right now.

The rats being forced out of their safe zone.

This is fraud not money laundering. Congress passed and Presidents signed these budgets and continuing resolutions that kept the monies flowing. Big win for Trump pulling back the curtain on the fund allocations. Maybe come budget time they'll actually do a budget instead of a continuing resolution, and they'll be serious about reviewing the items being funded, not just USAID, but all of it.

It bears repeating, US Aid was never an official agency set up by congress. It falls completely under the executive branch's dominion.

Quote:

USAID was established solely through an executive directive, making it purely an executive entity, subject to modificationor terminationat the discretion of the sitting President. The same presidential authority that created USAID inherently includes the authority to dissolve it.

It was set up as an independent establishment in 1998.

Thanks, I'll double check my post

It becomes money laundering when it ends up back in the hands of the democrat politicians.

Regarding the judge kicking Doge out of the Treasure Dept. Here's the good news, progress and shining he light doesn't require Doge to be hands-on with the financial data. They already have what they need to instruct Treasury employees on what to do and on what to look for. The schema and data stores are known. What to look for is known. Patterns are known. Doge can play a hands-off consultant role at this point. That's the beauty of technical skills and technology, the people doing the work can be interchangeable. So as great as the Doge team may be, the Treasury department can use/hire its own tech and data science guys to keep going. Will they?

I would love to see release after release every day on the corruption. Every single bad actor should be exposed.

I'm not seeing the laundering angle. That's fraudulent use, not "cleaning" ill-gotten money. Our tax dollars were obtained legitimately and disbursed in a legitimate process to USAID. What happened after that is the problem and needs to be investigated. In other words, the money wasn't dirty, how it was ultimately used was.

The corruption of the USAID reminds me of this part of The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich:

For the first time in the last relatively free election Germany was to have,
the Nazi Party now could employ all the vast resources of the
government to win votes. Goebbels was jubilant. "Now it will be easy," he
wrote in his diary on February 3, "to carry on the fight, for we can call on
all the resources of the State. Radio and press are at our disposal. We shall
stage a masterpiece of propaganda. And this time, naturally, there is no lack
of money."*

This is referencing 1933 after Hitler was appointed chancellor and convinced Hindenburg to call for new Reichstag elections.

The US uniparty is being exposed for what it is none too soon.

At least early on the nazis were actually taking the country from Weimar conditions and making it better for the German people. In our case the govt is taking from the people and creating Weimar conditions here and using our tax dollars to fund degeneracy and replacement of Americans.

Technically speaking you are probably right. In a not so technical view, laundering to me is like:

Taxpayer>Treasury>usaid>ngo> left's business buddies>donations back to the big guy (or other politicians)

... And they are always sure 1 or 2% goes to a photo opp with poor little poverty kids.
