Have you looked at who the new owners, CEO, and executive officers are? If nepotism was concentrated into a single company it would be Tiktok.

Ellison has described himself as a religious skeptic and does not subscribe to the specific dogmas of Judaism. He was never bar mitzvah'd (he's is an Italian-Jewish kid raised by his Jewish aunt/uncle.)

Why?
The Chinese never wanted to sell tiktok in the first place. Congress told them sell or we shut you down the the US.... all for the benefit of Israel's genocide in Gaza.
China is a co-owner of Tik-Tok. So for "the Jews" to have control over Tik-Tok would mean that China would have to agree to a subservient position to some tiny foreign religion
