1) if Dershowitz is correct....if what he has seen is representative of the totality of the file....then there is not much more to see other than what we already know.

2) If reports of handing the Epstein file off to a special prosecutor are true, then the substance of what is in the file will be released in a final report (as is often done by a Special Prosecutor).

3) And if that final report says what Dershowitz says......
