nope. There is no "list." There is only a large file of stuff that's been investigated and deemed, to date, as non-prosecutable.

Here's a template for you to contemplate:

1) if Dershowitz is correct....if what he has seen is representative of the totality of the file....then there is not much more to see other than what we already know.

2) If reports of handing the Epstein file off to a special prosecutor are true, then the substance of what is in the file will be released in a final report (as is often done by a Special Prosecutor).

3) And if that final report says what Dershowitz says......

Then Democrats will have yet again grabbed a turd from the punchbowl, waived it in the air victoriously, and called it candy.

I am for the Special Prosecutor. Get it in the open and let's see what there. It won't be the Dems, the GOP and MAGA did their share of crying for it the last few years.

But PROTECT the victims. Why drag their names back through this mess? They are the innocents

Russian collusion actually happened.

Hunter Biden's laptop never existed

The FBI raided MarALago to get a bunch of Melania's panties

Yeah, they put Epstein's assistant away for life and killed Epstein because there is nothing to see. Prince Andrew really wasn't there and is back on the Royal trail. It is a Le Clarre' novel.

Maxwell's conviction had nothing to do with Epstein "clients" having sex with kids. It was about Epstein himself having sex with kids and Maxwell helping him do it. So much misinformation out there.

No, that Special Counsel violated the Constitution

1988 Supreme Court case found it to be Constitutional under the following 4 conditions

First, the independent counsel was subject to removal by a higher Executive Branch official.

Second, the statute only empowered the independent counsel to perform certain limited duties.

Third, the independent counsel's reach only extended to certain federal officials suspected of certain serious crimes.

And fourth, the independent counsel's authority was temporary and to be terminated when the job was done.

They can craft a Special Counsel to look into elected officials and Epstein. Looking for undo influence. Can be terminated by the President and powers go away when done.

Oh I see. Trump's special counsel was unconstitutional, But the one you want is not. I guess I am unfamiliar with the part of the Constitution that varies based on your feelings about the matter and/or who the defendant is.

Jack Smith's appointment followed exactly what you said. Cannon said all special counsel are unconstitutional because of separation of powers.

He's on the list. All you guys who are trial lawyers read this the same way. The opposition hides their bad documents until you pry them out of their cold dead fingers. Stupid strategy because it isolates and emphasizes the badness of the documents and signals that the opposition can't stand the thought of them being exposed, but it happened dozens of times over a 40 year career.

None of this **** is making the light of day because Donald John Trump's name is at the top of the Epstein list. Hell, he probably had a frequent flier account.

He and Epstein were pals for years. Trump even boasted in admiration about how Epstein loved young girls. Of course Trump's name is on the list (if there still is a list).

If the client list exclusively implicates Trump and Republicans…….why didn't the Biden administration release the information ?

They had years to do so, yet did nothing .

Really believe Joe Biden wanted to protect Trump ?

No, but Biden would protect Ds. If there is a list I doubt it is exclusive to the Rs - cuts both ways. Trump and his allies made such a big deal about it, they need to release what they have.

Then you should be just as critical of Biden's coverup.

I am if there is a Biden coverup. You know, this all got started during the first Trump administration. Personally, I think it is more conspiracy theory than real. Most objective reporting says there is no client list going back to the beginning. Cash Patel, Bogino, Laura Ingram, Pam Bondi, Trump, et al hyped this up. They've exposed themselves to having to admit the truth. That said, if the Justice Department knows who participated in activities with minors, they need to disclose it and/or bring charges (if limitations haven't already run). Prince Andrew for instance, they may be reluctant to disclose what they have on him for obvious reasons, but that doesn't excuse nondisclosure in my opinion. Let the chips fall.

Why do we care?

You don't care about adults sexually assaulting underage girls? You have a daughter. You should know better.

You're conflating two different things. Epstein was a despicable person and people who continued to hand out with (him, Cosby, Diddy) I question their character.

But, why is the "Epstein" list so important?

Some people think that exploitation of underage girls is a crime and should be punished. Others see it as perfectly okay. I am a little surprised by the side you have chosen.

You're assuming it exists. I don't know. Feels like it could or could be pizza gate.

That doesn't excuse sexual abuse of children. I'm just shocked that Epstein is where Trump supporters have drawn the line. (Not the many other things, some with verifiable facts)

Again, you seem content that Biden did nothing for years.

Glad Trump voters are pissed off that this administration is clearly continuing the years of stonewalling.

Blue bloods should be held to the same standards as working stiffs.

"did nothing"

how often has any AG, state or federal, dumped the entire file on a decade-long investigation out for public perusal?.....just to satisfy public outcry over speculation about what's in the file.

Have we ever seen that happen?

Don't know.
Because it hasn't happened. Would be an extraordinary thing to do. Bondi is acting responsibly not to politicize the prosecutorial process.

However the American people vehemently object to the implication this blackmail operation.

They instinctively feel that the rich and powerful pedos are getting a pass from their political puppets.

Trump has made several worthy, yet unprecedented steps since his inauguration last January.

He better make one here or the Republicans are guaranteed to lose the 2026 midterms.

said another way, the Epstein File has become a vessel for public disaffection with social contract.

Politically, the thing for Trump to do is to dump it all out on the table & let the chips fall where they may. But if he does that on Epstein, he will have to do it on every allegation the Democrats make going forward. That's why we're getting hints that a special prosecutor will be appointed. It's an elegant way to de-escalate.

Democrats are in a historically weak position for the mid-terms. GOP currently on track to gain seats. Democrats grabbing onto Epstein is a sign that they are desperate. That's why you see Trump messaging the way he is. He's going to hang it around their necks.

Trump repeatedly promised to make public the Epstein files.

Bondi promised to make public the Epstein files.

The FBI director and deputy director clearly wish to make public the Epstein files.

Trump better follow through or no amount of 'spin' is going to save him.

I could see it being true, and also being a fake. So many would love the world to think Trump is a pedo.

The real kicker will be if it's confirmed it was really in a book Maxwell put together, because then I'd think it's probably real. Not certainly, but Maxwell would have been able to put together a book like this, and I don't think in 2003, she was putting in fake letters to blackmail Trump. Maybe she was, but it's not like Epstein's 50th birthday was in 2017. He was born in 1953.

So that's what I'll wait for.

Get your popcorn, Maga's, this bout to get interesting . WSJ publishing an article tomorrow with some interesting deets about Trump and Epstein's relationship. This is nothing but a cover up by Trump at this point. He obviously has instructed Bondi and Bongino to run interference for him. Such nonuse . The poll dancer and the Whop FBI guy should be fired now.

Got a glaring weak point to your narrative.

If Trump had something to hide within the Epstein saga…….

Biden would have been thrilled to publish all the files long ago.

Nah. get that popcorn ready. No-one is say that fat man was molesting girls, but man there is a creepy ass back and forth between fat boy and the pedo. Trumps a good dude alright.

Get real.

If there was anything even the least bit embarrassing to Trump….

Joe Biden's handlers would have released it years ago.

Or certainly prior to the 2024 election.

Right up there with Juicy Smalls, Russia Hoax, fake Hunter laptop, "both sides." "hands up don't shoot," "don't say gay," ... when will they stop believing what liars tell them?
