Why obsess over a Jewish village in upstate New York? Assuming you are in Texas, that could not possibly impact you in the slightest. Even if you were nearby the impact should be minimal.
Why are a group of Jews (the ADL) obsessing over a (proposed) white village in rural Arkansas that could not impact them in the slightest.
The Jewish village just points to their hypocrisy and how its rules for thee but not for me. Many Americans are tired of their corruption.
In a wider context they do the same thing globally.
They make Europe take in refugees from all of Israel's wars while Israel doesn't take in a single refugee.
Israel does have an asylum process for refugees and has granted temporary protection to numerous asylum seekers. However, the number of individuals officially recognized as refugees under this system is extremely low.
Here's a closer look:
- Temporary Protection: Israel has granted a general policy of non-deportation and temporary protection to many asylum seekers, particularly those from countries like Eritrea and Sudan, who face danger if they were to return to their home countries.
- Asylum Process: There is a formal asylum application process that individuals can follow, and those whose applications are accepted receive temporary residency, a work permit, and access to some public services.
- Low Recognition Rate: Despite the asylum process and temporary protection measures, the recognition rate for refugees in Israel is notably low, less than 1%. This contrasts sharply with the recognition rates for asylum seekers from countries like Eritrea and Sudan in other developed countries.
- Challenges for Asylum Seekers: Asylum seekers in Israel often face difficult living conditions, limited access to rights and services, and uncertainty about their future due to the extremely low recognition rates and restrictions on local integration.
Important note: Israel also has a distinct immigration policy based on the "Law of Return," which grants easy immigration and citizenship to individuals who can prove Jewish ethnicity. This process is separate from the asylum system for refugees fleeing persecution or seeking international protection
