The demographic change is a symptom. There still aren't enough Muslims in France to dictate the future of the country if the rest of the native population pulled its head out. The problem is that for the past half a century, the French installed history and culture rejecting globalists to lead their nation which led to their present demographic crisis. Even if they do pull their head out, because they are so far removed from the Christian civilization they once were, it is more likely that what they stand up looks like the Fourth Reich or Pagan Imperial Rome than any sort of representative government as a protector of rights in the western Christian tradition.

Eventually when the Muslims in France form a majority voting block (before 2100), you may end up with such a scenario. But since this demographic change is happening in most western european countries at varying rates you may end up seeing a NATO which turns its wrath on Israel.
