So the question is how many billions of waste they are going to find?

Those rat *******s. That is so upsetting. We definitely need bicameral support plus the Supreme Court sign off if we are going to allow this invasive atrocity to continue.

I'm good with Musk looking under the hood to find, waste, fraud and abuse. My issue is that he needs to be confirmed and vetted by congress and answer to congress, not fat man.
There has to be some oversight...

Good News March US deficit was the lowest since 2020

Bad News despite the drop in the March deficit, the longer-term trendline in spending vs income remains unsustainable

Am not a huge Milli fan, but with all the corruption and fraud that we are told has been discovered, why has nobody been indicted, arrested, or slapped on the wrist? Something seems amiss.
Call it a tax, the people are outraged! Call it a tariff, the people get out their checkbooks and wave their American flags!!!

Muskrat just lowered his cost cutting number from $2T to $120B. I'd call that a haircut.

It is all about the sound bites and news cycle. Just like the we won yesterday by calling a 90 day tariff pause. Once it is out there it is hard to disprove. By the time they do, news cycle is on to something else. The budget increases spending. DOHE is about ending Biden programs they don't like and getting a positive spin. Yet, anyone that pauses and asks questions is disloyal and against Trump.

Our vibrations were getting nasty. But why? I was puzzled, frustrated... Had we deteriorated to the level of dumb beasts?

Defense Department is awash in fraud and graft.
But at least Dems will have few objections with Musk revealing it.

Their real screaming will be with the billions of fraud discovered with disability, food stamps, and welfare.

Wait, that is not fraud or graft. You may not agree with a project or training, but it is not fraud. The work is being done. Not agreeing is not fraud. Fraud is criminal.

My friend I suspect there are tons of kickbacks on defense contracts.

California, New York, and Massachusetts accounted for most of these improper claims, totaling $305M in unemployment benefits.

Additionally, California accounted for 68% of the unemployment benefits paid to parolees identified by CBP on the terrorist watchlist or with criminal records.

From my own observations I would suspect Texas is high on the list.

You suspect? Have you ever worked on a grant or federally funded project? The auditing and monthly accountability is overwhelming, every penny accounted for.

I mean this with all due respect, as I respect your opinions. But kicking back would be difficult. I managed a 1.9 million TIGER grant, a tiny grant. Audit was three days of questions on every expenditure. Same with 23 million dollar grant, the accountability is ridiculous. Any "kick backs" are occurring outside of the Federal system.
