- Austin died from ecstasy (zero evidence)
- The killer was simply defending himself

These facts are not disputed:
- The killer brought a knife on school property
- The killer provoked Austin multiple times
- The killer stabbed Austin needlessly in the heart

The fact that his expulsion is even questions speaks volumes about the rhetoric. As noted, the defense seems to be to poison the DA's office and the jury pool - if you do not lower the charge or if you convict, we'll burn loot murder your town. This is the same play used in the Derek Chauvin case, and it is already working: look at the reduced bail received by this killer vs. the bail set by the young man that shot - but did not kill - anyone at the Wilmer-Hutchins school.


All of this was predictable once the identity of the victim and murderer went viral.

The Nazi leaders were more interested in the occult or self-worship than Christianity. They were not really Christians and certainly did not live by the teachings of Christ; actually, the opposite.

Thomas Sowell & others helped to explain fascism as socialism quite well: fascists are socialists who are willing to allow individuals to own private property so long as they control what the individual can do with it. You might own your business but government rules and regulations will greatly limit your freedom of operation to the point that such "freedom" is a joke. It's thus understandable why large corporations cooperated with and even supported fascist movements even though government policies increased their expenses: their smaller competitors would be driven out of business and they could more easily pass on the expense to their customers.

We have seen these political and economic dynamics at work in the US for decades, perhaps more clearly under the Biden tyranny. It is still fascism.

Too many people agreed the killer in Sante Fe should not be defended, so the thread devolved into a dictionary war.
