California might as give away 100 trillion dollars.

State is heading into bankruptcy anyway.

When another Dem becomes president… ..he will insist all American taxpayers pay off the debt

Along with the debts of Chicago, New York, and other blue municipalities.

Newsom really screwed a once beautiful state. Now you cant afford to live there unless you are making waaaay over 6 figures.

Has there ever been an outside audit of the California High Speed Rail? Seems that would be required to prosecute anyone for wrongdoing.

There is plenty of reason for Californians to demand an outside audit. Sounds like a good proposition for all Californians to vote on.

Not sure how that would work as the Dems own most of the politician

Californians can get one started and bypass the legislature:

Quote:

Despite passing Prop 50, which just stripped power from California's nonpartisan commission, 92% of CA voters say district lines should be drawn by a nonpartisan commission.

"The irony is 9 of 10 voters said they'd like to see this done by a nonpartisan commission." Are people really this stupid?

Doubt it will happen in Cali. The political graift is too massive

They tried. But unfortunately the state can schedule the election to try to limit turnout.

It was soooo much nicer when I was out there in the 80s. Traffic actually moved, occasionally, on the 405

We certainly did try. But CA Dems went with the privileged white boy (the term liberals like to throw around, right?) over Larry Elder. We had a chance for a conservative, and our first black governor. But the libs went for the white guy.

Even though we lost, it was at least nice seeing GN turn into a whiny little simp for a few weeks in the summer prior to the election when Elder was surging. And GN got nervous.

Now that he has driven a nail into the oil industry out here though, remember that in the next presidential election. And I hope his opponent drives that message home. Along with all the other foibles.

He just made life for Californians even more difficult than he already had. And let's not forget the high percentage of blacks and latinos who are socioeconomically having the most difficult challenges out here. In a totally Democrat run state. I wonder how hair gel faces the people who are mowing his lawn, knowing that the gas they are putting in their lawn mowers has just increased markedly. Or the workers in general (who are doing the blue collar tasks that neither he nor his fellow liberal elitist friends would ever be caught doing themselves) who have to fill up their trucks

JDV, if you're the nominee, don't forget to point out what CA Democrats have NOT done for the people they pander to the most.
