This way the Governors can call on them in a moment. If the Governors are like Pritzer and eating their crime stats, the National guard might call up the Illinois National Guard to do what the fat man has never done, attempt to prevent crime in his state

It was the only thing I could come with, thinking 'outside the box'. Imagine it being like th Texas Rangers, 'One Ranger, one riot'. Maybe a small community needs help as they have gangs or meth labs, it's too much for the local cops/county and they send in a dozen Texas National Guard to help clean the situation up

You guys get me wrong, I have no issues with what he is doing. I just want to see him use the processes that the US has in place AND doing it in non-destructive manner. I think the policies are good, the execution is bad

I understand the sentiment of allowing those cities to suffer the consequences of repeated stupid votes but I cannot go that far. It's just wrong. Besides, the problems in those cities & states often spill over to the rest of the country. How many illegals that were pampered by California ended up committing heinous crimes in other states? IIRC the murderer of Laken Riley in Georgia was one. I know Singh, the Indian with a CDL who cannot read road signs & who killed three migrants in Florida, was another. There are probably dozens of hundreds of examples.

Where the crime problem is at least as bad……yet the help of the Guard is wanted by the locals.

I genuinely feel sorry for the innocent people living in Chicago. More are going to be killed and the Democratic machine doesn't care.

Trump is saving lives in DC …..mostly black lives.

Pleasantly surprised that SF is going to step to the plate. Good for them. This could be the start of the break in the big blue California wall.
