However I have studied US presidents for over 60 years and I have never read of any US president overcoming more obstacles or accomplishment more.

But, if Trump's tariff gamble fails and he creates a single party authoritarian system of government, those acts are up there with Biden's failures (which are more than just immigration). No, he said "plenary power" and shut down mid-sentence. If you are following the Trump Administration and concerens over moves to create absolute Executive Authority, these two are of interest for discussion.

1 - Miller use of "plenary power" is a big deal. No US President has ever had unlimited power to use the US military internally. That is a huge issue, literally a "crossing the Rubican" moment.
