Umm, no. FLBear. Your efforts are not funny and certainly are not original.

But to the point, you continue to force everything through a filter of 'how can FLBear insult and deride Trump?', with no concern about truth, facts or context.

What I do find funny is how often you default to using words, phrases and tactics most commonly used by leftist talk shows and sites. Yet you continue to sell yourself as a basic Republican.

Seriously, just because those Conservatives that are against these policies and actions are using the same arguments against it as leftist doesn't give you pause? I have voted GOP since 1984 and have the same issues as someone who never did, that is a huge red flag.

And for the other stuff, its a little funny...

Honestly I am unsure what you are specifically concerned about. As Trump has been far more transparent than Biden even dreamed about.

Transparent, yes. Now. During the election he denied knowing anything about Project 2025, now he and Miller referenced it.

Transparent doesn't make it legal or right. At some point, we have to stop with the "but, but, but Biden was worse" approach to governence.

By the way, was in your neck of the woods last 4 days, Colorado.

Colorado is home base more or less.

However returned from Europe 2 days ago ……go back to the Texas panhandle in 10 days, Dallas in mid November and Key West , Florida mid December.

Trump has his flaws like ever other president.

But sincerely believe Biden was easily the worst president in US history. If Harris had won there was no turning back.

Was going to accept a retirement / residency opportunity in New Zealand.

New Zealand would be worth going for a few years to experience. Know several landscape architects that transferred to NZ. Do calls with them monthly, they speak very highly of the experience.

Agree on Biden.

Flaws are one thing, dismantling our system of Government to give the Executive Branch more control is another. What he is doing to Federal employees is just wrong, just as wrong as Biden's Green New Deal f-up. What bothers me is that you guys are willing to turn a blind eye to any of Trump's issues. This blind loyalty is not American.

But, I don't think it is a big issue for you based on your lifestyle.

No doubt you would disagree …..but don't have a blind eye in regards to Trump.

His style works against him. Reagan was far more likable.

However I have studied US presidents for over 60 years and I have never read of any US president overcoming more obstacles or accomplishment more.

Though I will be happy to see him retire. Hopefully to be followed by DeSantis.

Trump has accomplished much. His ego is an issue.

He will retire soon and, much like Nebuchadnezzar he too will be put out to pasture.

Both accomplished much and both had huge egos that caused them problems

I all fairness, he did a great job on

Border - Shut it down...
Gaza - He deserves Nobel for that
Drugs - He is making them a priority
Iran

He has done some very good things.

His techniques in some areas, are pushing the line.

His belief he is above the law, is scary.
He is an authoritarian, hell his whole TV career was about being an authoritarian. (He doesn't have a staff that will counter those tendencies, they are "yes" men or power hungry like Miller.
His economic policies may work, but is the short term pain worse than the disease?
He has done NOTHING about the debt.

So he is a mixed bag. He has more successes than Biden, but his negatives can be just as bad

Biden invited millions of ilegals into the US. With thousands of killers, sexual predators, gang bangers and drunk drivers hidden the the wave of humanity. The cost in US lives and pain is beyond calculation. That alone makes Biden the worst president in US history. But there are many more examples of his failures.

Nope.

We get it. You are in to what they are trying to do.

Some people are more comfortable with Authoritative systems than others, many enjoy it. They respect power and order and like being part of it, even if it is just defending it. Otherwise, Authoritative regimes would not have a history of taking power like they do.

Others do not, they do not trust them. I fall into the do not trust them, just as I do not trust Socialist. We are not going to agree on this. Anyone that is confident that "they have the answer, just trust them", I get away... But, you obviously like it and cheer it.

You're right, we will not agree on it because it's made up categories much like furries and any genders other than male and female.

I don't have to fight your imaginary enemies

Great, I will expect you to not take part. Outstanding.

Castro emptied his jails in the Mariel Boatlift......

I lived through that mess. Turned Downtown Miami into a demilitarized zone for a while, especially Liberty City. But, the true numbers were that of the 125k, about 2700 had criminal records. Many of those jailed were artists, writers, and teachers.

The Southwest can look to how Miami dealt with it because the latest numbers I saw today 44% of the economic output of Miami is related to those immigrants. So, it can be a positive. BUT, the receiving communities HAVE to be prepared and able to take them or it will turn into Liberty City. I would not wish Liberty City on anyone.

You said they emptied their jails and that they were all criminals. Only 2% had a criminal record. I have many Cuban friends that have relatives that came over then. They were not all criminals and many contribute to the economy to this day. Go to Hialeah, that is a picture of the American dream. Filled with Mom and Pop shops, it is heavy Cuban and heavy Conservative. Cubans are religious, family-oriented, and hard working as a culture.

It was still a **** show, once again a lesson in the Fed doing something and not working with the locals that had to receive them. Nothing was in place when they got here. If you are going to do these policies, you have to work with the locals that are going to have to live with them. Biden did the same thing. They never F-ing learn.

By the way, who said that Biden's border policies were good? You are touting something everyone on this Board pretty much agrees with you. How about using US troops in US cities unilaterally?

Did you read this? US Presidents have nationalized the National Guard 11 times since 1950 (I added Jan 6th since it was not in your report). Three of those were Trump - COVID and George Floyd in 2020 and DC in 2021 for Jan 6 riots.

This term, he has activated them 2 times already - LA and DC. Plus, he has orders for Memphis, Chicago and Portland. He has also identified Baltimore. That is 6 times in one year. We have had only 7 total since WW2 outside of Trump.

You find this to be a good thing? You don't see a pattern?

This term, he has activated them 2 times already - LA and DC. Plus, he has orders for Memphis, Chicago and Portland. He has also identified Baltimore. That is 6 times in one year. We have had only 7 total since WW2 outside of Trump.

You find this to be a good thing? You don't see a pattern?

the clearly evident pattern is Democrat governors and mayors not only failing to enforce their own laws, but also working to prevent Federal officials from enforcing federal law.

What is the issue here? Trump had coins in 2016-2020 as well.

How many of those included a monetary value on the coin?

I don't know. How about answering the question.

I did answer it.

The problem is that this isn't a commemorative coin (like those you mentioned) but rather a coin used as money. Somebody else posted the law, and this clearly violates that law.

Sorry that was so tough for you to understand, but it's really that simple.

My friend this coin silliness is a waste of your time.

It can never enter circulation unless Trump is dead.

Now of course some Dems might consider it a good trade off.

But with his latest peace treaty I would hope you would consider giving Trump at least a slight bit of credit instead.

You said they emptied their jails and that they were all criminals. Only 2% had a criminal record. I have many Cuban friends that have relatives that came over then. Of course they did. I never said they were blameless or right, but we can't keep doing this destruction mode.

Or, we keep going undoing what the other side did. More interested in destroying each other than anything else. You think the GOP is winning next election? That Independents are going to sign up for more of this? With someone less charismatic than Trump at the wheel? Vance comes across as mean and petty. We keep gutting Govt and blatantly ending any social programs, you think there are enough old white conservative guys to win?

The system has to work together. We have to get back to regular order and stop the continuing resolution crap. We have to pass laws again, not just Executive Orders. The destroy them mode will not end well, because you can't destroy them all, not to mention they are Americans too.

FLBear: " they are Americans too."

Depends on who you mean by 'they'.

Democrat voters have been fed lies and gaslit all their lives, making it difficult but not impossible to bring them back to sanity.

With the notable exception of Fetterman, the Democrats' leaders are for all practical purposes moral slime and career criminals, willing to sell their souls or anyone else's (assuming they somehow have not already) for a well-concealed payoff from Soros or his ilk.

They are as American as was John Wayne Gacy, no more than that.

Please tell us where GOP mayors and governors are using National Guard and/or police forces to prevent protected classes from being denied access to anything. Are they protecting pro-life groups rioting to prevent women from entering abortion clinics? are they protecting PTA moms rioting to keep alternative lifestyles out of the schools?

Now, Biden Admin did robustly investigate churches and PTAs for politically incorrect beliefs, and they did use regulatory power to deplatform politically incorrect viewpoints on social media. Democrats don't worry about precedents. They just do what they want to do. So drop the false dilemma. GOP enforcement of law is not going to open a Pandora's box. Pandora is already running amok and polling is pretty clear that the American people want someone to put her back where she belongs.

The argument that we cannot enforce law because it might enrage Democrats to get even more creative with abuse of power is inane. The purpose of social contract is to create and enforce law, not to defend safe spaces to ignore/defy laws.

You really think what you consider access and what THEY consider access are the same thing??? The DOE guy wore a dress!

The current Administration didn't channel their inner Marcus Aurelius taking the Stoic road not descending to the levels of the Democrats. No, we jumped in and went tit for tat. The Dems will do the same thing. Whatever Dem wins will LOOK for opportunities to go full on Trump.

The time to put Pandora back in the box was January 21, 2025. We (those that voted for Trump) went Chainsaw, Hellfire and Total Male National Guard instead. There will be Dem payback. I fear it is coming sooner rather than later because the last 8 months have not made the Independents feel any better.

Neither side has been nice guys. The GOP has done their share of nasty actions, see Merrill Garland. That was pretty big, possibly 40 years big. Trump would never agree to that. Nice doesn't enter into it. This is a back and forth for over 20 years and will continue until we get back to both sides getting something out of the deals. It can't keep being a zero sum game, that only ups the ante. Who is willing to destroy the most if they don't get their way...

Getting back to regular order would go a long way. This Continuing Resolution format is making this situation a game of chicken.

exactly. "Democrats can do any damned thing they want and we must not hold them accountable, for fear that it will inspire Democrats to do any damned thing they want."

The irony here is that it is the Democrats who have forgotten the lesson of reciprocity....that anything they do to us can and will be visited upon them. And the reason that is so is precisely because the GOP has listened to the FLBear voices demanding reflexive restraint. Such only served to confirm Democrat sensibilities that they own the moral high ground and can do anything they want to us because, you know...."those Republicans are all racist, sexist, this-or-that-aphobe fasicsts. We have a moral duty to repress them in order to prevent them from repressing us."

The scariest part of the Obama-Biden regimes is that it often appeared as if they planned to never lose another election....absolutely fearless about applying repressive tolerance to Republicans ever-escalating to the point of outright oppression. It wasn't just the high-wire act lawfare against Trump. The FBI was investigating PTA members and Catholics, fer crissakes. The goal here should be to restore balance, to inspire Democrats to start grabbing each other by the shirt sleeves saying "don't do that, these are not your typical Bushie Republicans. This lot is tough and they will reciprocate eye-for-an-eye." Until we reach that point, we have not done enough.

We hold them to the same standards to which they hold us, or the age of one-party state is upon us.
