So you won't work for a person of a certain race because of other "unpleasant" interactions with people of the same race.

Don't approve of the doxxing, but yup, that's called racism, unfortunately. In this day and age of social media, probably not a good idea to be sharing a racist opinion with others.

Unless of course you do it anonymously, like Barbearian.

Apparently an 18 year old kid rejecting a job offer was worthy of national media attention by Jew News... these people are so incredible vile and repulsive... they make Mamdani look like a choir boy.

An easy way to solve this is not to say racist things out loud or in writing. An even easier way is not to be a racist.

I'm shocked his parents didn't educate him on this reality.

Gonna be hard to maintain a defamation claim, given the fact that the people reporting this are merely repeating the young man's words.

Probably best for the young man to apologize and say that he is seeking help for his hateful and racist views. That's what any PR firm would tell him.

Saying racist things has consequences in today's society.

If the roles were reversed and a Jew wrote that he isnt interested in working for a white man would Fox News have covered it with a bunch of ugly postmenopausal hags crowing about this is how the holodomor happened and how his life should be utterly destroyed on national television?

If demanding the utter destruction of an 18 year old private citizen on national television because he politely expressed in a private message he wasn't interested in working for you isnt defamation then there is no such thing as defamation and this country has no honor anymore and deserves to be destroyed.

Those hags on Fox News did everything short of saying someone should kill him.

And that thug in the DOJ department should be fired immediately. Government officials shouldn't be attacking private citizens for exercising their right to freedom of association... that is straight up communism

Likely not, but there has always been a double standard when it comes to the dominant ethnicity.

FTR, I am not defending their treatment of this man. I just think it's interesting you're trying to turn a racist and hateful individual into a sympathetic figure. I guess as the saying goes, "Birds of a feather..."

I'd suggest there is a happy medium. The dude is a racist, but he doesn't deserve the treatment he has received.

So, he didn't politely say in writing he wasn't interested in working for the company. He said a very hateful and racist thing - he wasn't interested in working for a person merely because of that person's ethnicity. Now, I am sure you absolutely agree with him, but in normal society, there is nothing polite about being a racist.

Your position on defamation is just stupid. Defamation is saying false things about a person in order to disparage that person's character or paint him in a bad light. In this case, news outlets are reporting the racist statements this guy was dumb enough to put in writing. That's not defamation. That's the truth, and that is an absolute defense to defamation.

Now, I suppose there is an argument that going further and calling him a racist may be defamatory, if a reasonable person could read those comments and reach a different conclusion. But I think most reasonable people understand that saying you won't work for someone merely because of their ethnicity is indeed racist on its face.

I don't disagree with you on the govt. official. The Fox News ladies can discuss whatever they want, though I don't disagree they are making this a bigger deal than it should be. That said, let's reverse the roles here as you did in your prior post. Let's say this was a Jews saying he wouldn't work for a white Christian, and the hags at Fox News were doxxing him and saying mean things about him. We all know you'd be cheering them on.

It all depends on whose ox is being gored.

Lesson No. 1: When a white person complains about Jews incessantly, and insinuates that they are responsible for the world's ills and that a Jewish cabal runs the world, chances are they aren't conservative at all, but instead one of the non-conservative racists that comprise the groyper movement. These individuals, while claiming to be conservative, are far more akin to their leftist counterparts. Identity and grievance politics is their thing, and their whiteness is of paramount importance. They don't care as much about other conservative issues - because they aren't.

If conservatives want to win elections in the future, purging the party of these goons is the only appropriate tactic.

Republicans not living up to their promises has been a stalwart of politics forever. That is often times the problem with republics and representative democracy in general. Like it or not, we have another party that roughly half the country supports, and their morals and goals are often times diametrically opposed to conservative causes. It takes two to tango, which is why we often times see Republicans compromise.

I am generally no fan of the current make up of the party, but the question is, who are their replacements? Therein lies the problem. If the replacements are people like Tucker Carlson, Candace Owens, MTG and the like, instead of traditional conservatives, then this is an instance in which the cure is worse than the disease. Identity and grievance politics is not the answer, and it is certainly not going to win any general elections, given the current make up of the country.

I realize you disagree, and think figures such as these have a legitimate shot at winning. But all of the evidence is to the contrary in a country that is no longer majority white. And there are also too many white, traditional conservatives who don't like the tactics of individuals of their ilk.

Find me a viable alternative, and I am willing to consider it. I just don't see it out there at this time.

Edit: I am curious how you define "neo-conservatives."

You will get not argument from me that many of the current establishment aren't traditional Republicans. Trump is more a conservative populist than anything. He spends like a drunken sailor, and his foreign policy this term has been the opposite of Reagan's. So if by traditional Republican you think I am referring to the current establishment - Trump and the like - you are misunderstanding my comments.

The problem is, the wingnuts on the right are ALSO not traditional Republican.

Unless it's anti-white, anti-Christian, anti-male, anti-straight bigotry. Many prominent people still openly express grossly bigoted ideas publicly and with impunity. I cannot remember many instances in recent years of such bigotry being punished. The only examples that come to mind immediately are the moronic fascists who celebrated the murder of Charlie Kirk. Many lost their jobs or were otherwise sanctioned for public expression of barbaric opinions.

Tucker and Candace are podcast hosts, aka the entertainment industry, their job is to garner clicks. Ideally, more people will continue to step up to fill the role.

I know what you're saying, how can we get independent voters to vote Republican? My view is that if Trump can win in 2016, then make a comeback in 2024, anybody can win. He's a narcissistic, womanizing, convicted felon. And as BS as January 6th was (imo), the left and independents view it as an insurrection. He still won the popular vote.

We don't need to settle for neo-con purgatory. There is an appetite for a true right-wing leader in this country. Look across the pond, Rupert Lowe, I reckon someone like that would be successful over here.

Remember, the left already thinks Trump is a fascist dictator, and the far-left thinks voting for Trump signs your death-warrant (Charlie Kirk). I believe we have a little room to move further right on the political spectrum than most people want to admit.

Find me a viable alternative, and I am willing to consider it. I just don't see it out there at this time.

Edit: I am curious how you define "neo-conservatives."

Give me Massie/MTG in 2028.

LOL. I love this line of attack.

I'd put my conservative credentials up against you any day of the week. I'd say across the board, I am far more traditionally conservative than you.

Put your credentials on the table if you wish and we will compare.

Lesson #1:

Conservatives, particularly white conservatives, dont whine about nazis and racism.

That is the tool of the enemy. Whenever you piss and moan and cry racism you are giving legitimacy to that tactic the next time the left uses it.

Mothra, I'm curious. You talk a lot about tactics for winning elections, but what's the point of winning elections if the "conservatives" we elect aren't doing conservative things. Wouldn't it be better to purge the party of these neo-conservatives?

We don't disagree on this. I also think you're correct we have room to move right. But we have to focus on the right issues.

Edit: I also think it would be difficult to predict anything using Trump as an example. I doubt we will ever see another candidate like him. He is a force of nature. I don't see any others on our side.

The groyper pipe dream.

To quote Red from The Shawshank Redemption, "It ain't never gonna happen."

Massie is an uninspiring wallflower who couldn't even win his own district, and the loudmouth, Q'Anon-buying, Jewish space laser princess is as dumb as a box of rocks.

And therein lies the problem I referenced above - a lack of viable, conservative candidates.

He didn't say that he wouldn't work for a Semite.

He said he wouldn't work for a Jew.

To clarify things using another race and religion, it is the difference between saying "I won't work for a Persian" vs "I won't work for a Shia Muslim."

I'm sure you'd think twice before taking a job where your direct supervisor was, say, a part of the Nation of Islam.

This is why precision in language is so important, and one of the causes of your confusion in all these discussions.

Speaking of lack of precision, you're trying to draw a clean line between "Jew" and "Semite," but the problem is that you don't understand what the word Jew actually refers to. "Jew" is not just a religious label like Shia Muslim. It's an ethno-religious identity - a people with shared ancestry, history, culture, and, yes, a religion. So when someone says, "I won't work for a Jew," they're not rejecting a theological doctrine. They're rejecting a people. In other words, you're comparing two separate categories with a term that spans both.

You are the king of bad analogies. This is yet another.

"Jew" is absolutely is a religious label. A Jew is a practicioner of Judaism. There are Semitic Jews, Askenazi Jews, Ethopian Jews...These Jews are not remotely related by race, only by religion. "Semite", on the other hand is a specific term that address biological descent/racial identity. A Semite can be Jewish, Muslim, Christian, Atheist, or even Buddhist. While the young man in question may not have been rejecting a specific theological point, it is the sum total of the behaviors those theological points might cause that caused him to decline to work for someone who practiced a specific religion. Just as you would decline to work for someone who practiced the faith of the Nation of Islam because of they way they thought/behaved, rather than because they were black.

It's really all quite clear, but clarity destroys your ability to level charges of anti-semitism.

Sorry, but it's not. You won't find a single definition as narrow as the one you posit. "Jew" is not exclusively a religious label. If it were, then secular Jews, atheist Jews, and people of Jewish ancestry who practice no religion would not still be recognized - legally, historically, or socially - as Jews. But they are. That alone disproves your premise. You're trying to force a category that doesn't fit into a box you invented. Hell, just the other day, one of your buddies on this thread attempted to argue that Larry Ellison's son was Jewish because he had a dad of Jewish ancestry, despite not practicing Judaism. .

The truth is you're redefining "Jew" as purely voluntary belief so you can treat discrimination against Jews as if it were just criticism of ideas.

I honestly hope they keep Huckabee there, He is so transparently a traitor who cares more about Israeli interests over American interests that he does immeasurably more harm as Ambassador to Israel's propaganda campaign than if they had someone there who is competent and whose primary loyalty is America.... although if we could replace him with Ted Cruz and get that sack of **** out of the senate I'd take that trade in a second...
