Sen. CORNYN joins call for an investigation & issuing subpoena to Donald Trump Jr.:

Except for the last item, you described most of the Left, especially those running for office. They aren't very well educated if they cannot deal with reality (economic, political, moral, spiritual) and their engagement with the world is evil if it's based on Marxism. They certainly are blind to many facts (biology & economics, for example) and they have no discernment if they don't know what a woman is or think the Dems will solve any problems, most of which they created.

Seriously, if this surprises you, what rock have you been living under for the last decade?
The most impressive part of this post is the poster's ability to forget an entire decade of making excuses for politically connected family members the moment the last name changes. The same poster who waved away Hunter Biden collecting lucrative payments from a Ukrainian energy company suddenly rediscovers his concern about foreign money when the last name is Trump.
Apparently foreign money flowing to a politician's family is either evidence of corruption or a meaningless coincidence depending entirely on whose campaign sign is in the yard.
What's especially rich is that this comes from people who spent years promoting the Trump-Russia collusion narrative as if it were an established fact, only to watch investigation after investigation fail to prove the grand conspiracy that was breathlessly promised.
Taking foreign money should be bad, regardless of whether you have a D or an R in front of your candidacy.
You are correct, but not many people had the level of sympathy for Biden that MAGA has for Trump. In addition, the Trump grift is on a scale the Bidens could only dream of. Finally, at least Hunter Biden was prosecuted for something by the "Biden DOJ." What is the chance that happens under Trump?
It's a basket of Apples and a truckload of Apples comparison.
Can we talk about the Clinton Foundation?
We should talk about corruption on all sides and do what we can to eliminate at the voting

The pardon process has become a disaster - not sure if I had consciousness before, but my memory is Clinton really started the ball rolling on selling pardons, access, etc. Not the mention the Clinton Foundation might be the most corrupt presidential vehicle of all time.
What you guys mistake as dismissing corruption is your selective TDS outrage while being silent and the exponential corruption of Democrat presidents. No one takes your selective outrage seriously. I mean Biden pardoning his on son for "anything" as well as a so-called scientist was the nadir of this game ... so unless you can post your outrage about that no one takes you seriously as a thoughtful person.
Trump's financial corruption is exponential of the collective value of the Biden and Clinton corruption. In fact, the Abu Dhabi sovereign fund transaction alone exceeds the entire amount of money passed through the Clinton Foundation since its inception.
And to flip the script, unless you can show some outrage at Trump's corruption, you cannot complain about Biden's or Clinton's.

Well, only the America-hating, Moloch-following Democrats and their pet "independents" would say that.

An alternative might be to look at which legislators vote for what and the party with which they affiliate and see if a stereotype or certain political reality exists. Should we not focus more on that?

I don't disagree as I certainly don't like the results of the polls you presented. However, "reasonable" apparently leaves some wiggle room, Thomas Jefferson, among others, advocated for political violence under certain conditions. Others just want to create trouble and too many have can't come close to articulating a postion.

All of our Founding Fathers (or almost all) advocated for and participated in the Revolution against Britain but only after a dozen years of seeking a peaceful resolution without success. Instead the British govt became more tyrannical. Those advocating bold be today are nothing like them.
You have a point, except the people on the far Left today who are advocating violence are radical Marxists (commies, fascists, socialists, etc) who want to abolish the border, ICE, the police, the military, the presidency, prisons, and ultimately the constitution. They want to create a dystopian dictatorship in which they rule, everyone else is a slave, crime is rampant, and misery prevails. Oh yes, they are also extreme racists who want y to I establish concentration camps and done of them want ovens to burn the bodies of their political opponents. I'm not exaggerating. All of this is taken from their own words, reported this year. Whatever they call themselves, they want to bring the worst of communism & Nazism to America.
It's the worst insanity and to think millions of Americans appear willing and ready to vote for it or to passively watch it happen.

Interesting post. One of my hobbies is studying opinion polls, especially how they are built and used. What I noticed in your post, is that you caught how people sometimes get emotional on an issue to an unusual degree. Before MAGA on the Right, there was the TEA party and in between the Left threw us the Climate Change and Obamacare fanatics. That doesn't touch the crazies who don't officially belong to the Democrats or Republicans, but are their own crowd of vermin, like the LaRouche mob or PETA. Thing is, if you read History you will see those type of groups popping up every so often for as long as the US has been here.
We have also, sadly, devolved a bit in critical thinking, with a lot of people voting on emotion rather than hard facts and the issues. What's worse, is a lot of candidates have learned they can gain support by reflecting that emotion back and building campaigns on emotion rather than issues.
Trump may prove to be a forerunner, not an outlier, of future politician behavior.

Demonstrably untrue. The Bidens' pay for play was highly suppressed by multiple large media outlets and celebrities. There was even a major party that put him up for election knowing his mental capacity was diminished considerably. Even that was suppressed (poorly) by large news media, the White House staff, and celebrities. Posters on here regularly defended him. Even some who never post here until they can "gloat" about something they think their party succeeded in.
LOL, you don't think Trump's dementia has been suppressed?

There is a significant difference between trading on your name (Hunter Biden) and getting billions in government contracts that your resume and history do not support.
The Trump's have drone and mining contracts with the government that could impact soldier safety.
