Manafort & Cohen say hi.
Those two don't exactly implicate Trump or anyone in his administration of any wrongdoing. NPC bear said, "Orange Man Bad. Manafort & Cohen. /* Hello World program */ #include<stdio.h>

Listen, I'm not sure that paying off a porn star with illegal campaign funds is actually enough to remove a president.
It is not. Some overzealous prosecutor already tried to put John Edwards for campaign finance violations when a Democrat donor hid Riley Hunter and their love child in his home in Aspen in order to avoid the negative media attention. That prosecution correctly went nowhere.

Listen, I'm not sure that paying off a porn star with illegal campaign funds is actually enough to remove a president. I'm really not. But the fact of the matter is if he weren't the POTUS he would absolutely be in jail next to Cohen. The only reason he isn't is because the DOJ won't indict a sitting president. That's congress's job. And Nancy decided it wasn't worth the political risk to impeach over that so she and I kind of agree there.

I said the same thing about Hillary and her emails. If it were anyone else they'd be in jail. The only thing keeping Trump out of jail right now is the fact that he's the president.
The accusation against Trump is basically that he didn't use campaign funds to pay off the porn star when he should have. If he had used campaign funds, obviously he'd be accused for that too.

What he should have done was just not reimburse Cohen directly. He should have just agreed to up his retainer over time and then it wouldn't be traceable back to him. Either way he'll get away with it tho.

The accusation is that Trump and his attorney engaged in a willful conspiracy to conceal campaign expenditures in order to deliberately avoid reporting requirements. They did this with Trump Org payments to shell companies and reimbursed to Cohen in amounts just under reporting requirement levels.

Manafort was offered a deal and likely would not still be in prison, except that he chose to not talk truthfully to Mueller about his dealings with a Russian spy during the 2016 election. That would be the Russian spy Gates says Manafort passed confidential campaign polling info to and discussed Wisconsin/Michigan/Penssylvania, the three upset states that delivered Trump the Presidency, with.

Cohen also plead guilty to a criminal conspiracy with his client (Trump) to violate campaign finance laws, so not exactly unrelated.

With the underlying conduct being to cover up some of his multiple affairs while his 3rd wife was home pregnant or with their newborn son. So he basically slept around on his wife (all of them actually...) and then committed felony level crimes to conceal that information during his campaign. What felonies did Donald J. Trump actually commit? If you know, then you need to tell Adam Schiff and Nancy Pelosi what they are. As of right now, they are trying to push an impeachment that is merely political in nature. They could certainly get broader popular support if they were actually talking about a violation of a criminal statute rather than some boring, pedestrian, non-criminal "quid pro quo."

Just think about it this way, ShMuCk, you could be the whistle blower. You could be the hero to the Beltway. You would never have to buy your own lunch or drink again if you would just tell Schiff the felony that Trump has committed.

And all that info about Manafort is in the Mueller report that you evidently worked hard to not read. The info about Trump's scheme with Cohen is in Cohen's indictment, which references Trump as Individual-1.

21-22 than them. In fairness all they'd ever done in business is teach so I already did have more "practical" experience than those college professors! I attributed it to strong entrepreneurial upbringing from dad and papa

Again, how'd you get along w your college professors?

Oh and as a free market capitalist, the protectionist trade war is anathema to me lol. The government picking winners and losers is socialism adjacent and I won't stand for it.

Sure thing on above

And tell me, how we'll do you know Cinque

Are you friends?

Why did you BOTH sign up on Sicem365 on 8/3/17? Coincidence?

Am I talking to Cinque? This one was too easy, all I had to do was look back half dozen posts on this same thread

I wonder now who else signed up 8/3/17?

You're aware sicem365 acquired BF around then, right? Lol
This is another classic exchange.

So your proof is a tweet by some guy on twitter?????

wow. Fantasy island is not just a show but is your entire brain apparently.

He's a white collar criminal law professor at Georgetown Law, which lends him a damn sight more credibility than you'll ever possess. Plus it doesnt matter who says it, the statute speaks for itself.

And all that info about Manafort is in the Mueller report that you evidently worked hard to not read. The info about Trump's scheme with Cohen is in Cohen's indictment, which references Trump as Individual-1.

A college professor?

I'll be dam

Surprise surprise

LMAO SHmUcK
Apparently college professors didn't think very much of you either.

What kind of relationship did you have w your college professors?

I remember some even in junior and senior years that I questioned, and they didn't have the answers. It was like I was already sharper, in practical business knowledge, at
21-22 than them. In fairness all they'd ever done in business is teach so I already did have more "practical" experience than those college professors! I attributed it to strong entrepreneurial upbringing from dad and papa

Get a load of Florda..confounding college professors with common sense.

Professor.... so he has zero inside knowledge other than what he reads in the media.

So still basically just some guy tweeting something.

So just like the dems.... no proof of anything.
