TS claims not to be liberal, then demonstrates pronounced TDS in his post above.
I've explained before TDS is a continuum. Trump delusion does not equate to being conservative. It is delusion all by itself, plain and simple.
No, you are making excuses for yourself rather than seriously considering if your bias invalidates your claims. At this point in time, for example, anyone blaming the President or praising the President for his actions in response to the virus outbreak in the US is acting prematurely, as we have yet to see the real effects of those actions.
One needs to look no further than tuning in to his daily press conference to see first hand validation of claims I've made. You get a real time (live) reality TV show. His running daily full display of incompetence is enough for blame. If he stepped up to the responsibility of his office, I would acknowledge him for it. Until then....
All you have done, TS, is confirm that your opinion creates a circular logic. You see and hear what you want to see and hear. You just filter out anything that gets in the way.

Even Gov. Cuomo praised the President's actions. You are no scientist, since you reject evidence unless it supports your preconceived conclusion.

You may want to take your statements about me and turn them around to yourself for an introspective self evaluation.

I'll give Trump credit when and where credit is due. For instance some of his executive orders were positive to business and the economy. I commend him for taking out Baghdadi, in spite of his inability to resist self aggrandizement for doing so. Apparently he has cooperated at times with Governor Cuomo, and then as Cuomo has pointed out, Trump's propensity for pettiness comes through. However, there is something fundamentally wrong with someone who requires flattery and obsequious adulation in order to even give pretense to cooperation.

I'm laughing because I thought you were being sarcastic? Should have known otherwise I guess

Stressed? I'm not stressed! I'm taking time out to read and learn and contact old friends and have time to spend talking to them. Wife and I are getting more time together since early marriage and taking drives together and laughing as we search for no less than ..... toilet paper! Hilarious

We're low fat healthy adults so why fear?

Good news: case incidence increased 4.4% day / day, and mortality increased 1.4% - the lowest percentage increases since I've been tracking. Continues to be largely a NY-NJ problem (relatively).

Interesting way to compare how the US has done compared to Europe in handling the virus:

Taking the case and death numbers from Worldometer.

https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/#countries

a lot of people make a big deal about how many cases and deaths have been in the US. But the US has had 610,467 cases and 25,854 deaths in a country with a population of 331 million people.

Spain, Italy, France, Germany and the UK have a comparable aggregate population of 325 million, and if they are taken together they have 703,564 confirmed cases and 70,253 deaths. That is, a comparable number of cases per million (2,165 per million in Europe to the 1,844 per million in the US), but far more deaths, 2.7 to 1 .

For all the suffering, we're doing something better here.

You didn't even need to add them together. Each one of those nation's CFR mortality (deaths/confirmed cases) is much higher than the US. Germany is the one doing very well and better than us.

That being said, you're correct that we're doing something better here.

For NY to have another case spike and continuing their fatality rate tells me social distancing and lockdown measures are really not the solution some think it is. And to argue "but it would be so much worse" is completely speculative.

I don't really see them as spikes. Except for April 13, the new cases and deaths in NY have been in a fairly tight range from April 7-15. It looks to me like Apr. 13 was the anomaly in that data set. Also, it is hard to judge how effective social distancing was/is based on numbers for the whole state; my understanding was that NYC was leveling off and Long Island was picking up, while upstate had remained pretty constant throughout. There could be lots of explanations for that.
