Republicans cheered Newt Gingrich as a presidential candidate without acknowledging his long-time affair with his third wife, Callisa, or the fact that he tried to convince his second wife to stay married to him while he slept with Callista.

Rudy Guiliani's wife found out he was having an affair and divorcing her when he announced it at a news conference.

Let's just say neither party has a monopoly on sexual morality.

But tired, tired, tired of Trump's affairs being dismissed as irrelevant and allegations against Kavanaugh and Thomas dismissed as politically motivated lies but any allegation against a Democrat is flaunted.

IMO, the only moral superiority the Democrats can claim is that they have worked hard, if not always successfully, to extend healthcare access to more Americans--something we now see is badly needed in first-world countries given the risk of pandemics--and supported efforts to preserve and improve the environment and mitigate climate change. Those two positions, IMO, have strong moral foundations.
