If a person filed a false insurance claim, it is a problem.
Hypothetically, If a person claims his guns were stolen ten years ago, it's not a problem. If it is Beto's SS gun police who have come to pick up guns purchased years ago and the target claims the guns were stolen 10 years ago, the burden of proof is on Beto to show that is untrue. (At least it is on Beto with this supreme court)
It is not the target's burden of proof to prove the guns were stolen. Hypothetically speaking, of course.
The target could also claim to have sold the guns in a private sale

It is not the target's burden of proof to prove the guns were stolen. Hypothetically speaking, of course.
The target could also claim to have sold the guns in a private sale

Dammit!! I just discovered we were burglarized last night and all of our firearms were stolen. Not sure if I will make a police report or not. I am sad. Guess we will take the loss and move on.
Sure hope they turn up
If a person filed a false insurance claim, it is a problem.

If I'm correct. Mitch wont stop anything even if Rs lose the Georgia senate seats. Harris will be the tie breaker.Osodecentx said:Counting on Mitch to stop some of the crazy stuff (and AOC to HS is crazy)TexasScientist said:Only if AOC is appointed head of Homeland Security.Osodecentx said:What about the Trump Accountability Program being runout of the Capitol?
