Baylor PG Davion Mitchell Goes #9 to Sacramento in NBA Draft

Baylor's Davion Mitchell was picked 9th by the Sacramento Kings.  The Kings have a pressing need for defense and no better player to shore that up than "Off Night" Mitchell. 

The 6-1 200 lb guard was the Naismith Defensive Player of the Year in college basketball.  Mitchell averaged 14 points, 3 rebounds, 5.5 assists and 2 steals while shooting 51% from the field, 45% from 3 point range and 64% from the free throw line in leading the Baylor Bears to a national championship.
