Not to feed the troll.. but sometimes you gotta give the other team credit . They are playing outstanding and could beat anyone today.

Unlike the troll I'm not quitting and think we'll play a lot better 2nd half.

Both ESPN and CBS have been cheerleaders for North Carolina all week and especially last night and this morning.

This game has a Phog feel to it in terms of even opportunity. Not getting to the free throw line until the last seconds of the half is inexcusable.

A fully healthy Baylor team would be 1 seed in the South and if we played NC they would be the team down by double digits at the half and wondering what they can do.

This game is winnable, but it's going to be a rough road. NC is physical and hitting their shots, only way the Bears win is if they hit their shots and block the lane. but the Bears are built to hold a lead, not comeback from 13 points down.

I really thought Marquette was just a really bad shooting team (which they were). Maybe it's more than that

The problem for BU is that the early open 3s they gave up allowed UNC to build confidence. It snowballed from there

It's not impossible, but goodness gracious, we have to shoot better.

For some weird reason, I'm at peace. With everything we've been through injury-wise, winning the conference is a successful season.

Another half to go though.

I disagree. The Bears were down very early and NC has kept the pressure on. If the Bears had given up they would be down 25-28 points right now, but the defense is playing well all things considered and frankly there are several NC drives which should not have scored bc if called properly they would have been called for offensive fouls and some brutal play under the basket.

We may well lose, but not because the team is playing like "crap".

the things that need to change in 2nd won't: Flo needs to become more athletic and UNC needs to start taking dumb shots

UNC is just the better team right now. If we have Cryer and JTT I think we wash them bc we match up better

Correct - we unfortunately drew a second round matchup against a talented team that after under performing most of the season got it together at the right time and they're peaking in the tournament. And for the who cares that we lost to OU the quarterfinals of the big 12 tournament crowd, that loss was huge in putting us in this position. Just sayin'.

Just embarrassing. This team folded up quicker than a lawn chair. It was over by midpoint of the first half. There is not one positive thing that I can say about Baylor MBB today. Too many issues for CSD to address.

A 2nd half comeback is dependent on playing good defense, stop giving open 3 looks and watch for the dish underneath on the drive. Then, of course we have to start making shots.

Halftime, this game is over! Mayers is a defensive liability, Flagler not making 3's, and Akinjo ca.t even hit the rim. Only 2 assists and Baylor is letting NC talk trash. I will give Baylor the first 3 mins. of the second half but don't have high hopes. We miss Cryer real bad.
