50 Days till Kickoff: Baylor’s #50 Connor Heffernan

Connor Heffernan is a redshirt freshman offensive lineman from Georgetown, Texas. He will have three years of eligibility remaining past this season, and Baylor’s website has him listed at 6-foot-4, 285 pounds. While at BU, Heffernan will be majoring in business. 

As a senior at Georgetown High School, Heffernan helped his team to an 8-2 record and anchored the line of a run-heavy offense that scored 42.25 points per game. He was a First Team All-District honoree as a junior in 2019. He was rated three stars by 247 sports and was considered the No. 63 player in Texas and No. 17 offensive guard nationally. He committed to Baylor over Mississippi State and Utah State in the class of 2020. After arriving in Waco, Heffernan redshirted the 2021 season.
