Baylor Men’s Basketball officially signs Little and Walter in the 2023 class
On Wednesday, Baylor Men’s Basketball signed its two commits in the 2023 class as both Miro Little and Ja’Kobe Walter made it official.
Sunrise Christian (KS) guard Miro Little is currently ranked No. 25 in the nation according to 247 and is a consensus four-star propsect.
The 6-foot-4, 190-pound prospect captured a lot of attention with a dominating season for Helsinki Basketbal Academy Marsky in Finland as well as his play at the Nordic Cup 2021.
In 22 games for HBA Marsky, Little averaged 22 points, nine rebounds and six assists while shooting 50% from the field, 39% from three and 69% at the foul line. He also averaged three steals.
Little will play his senior year of high school at Sunrise Christian, the same school that produced former Baylor Bear Kendall Brown and current Bear Jordan Turner.
Link Academy (MO) five-star guard Ja’Kobe Walter is currently ranked as the No. 17 player in the nation according to ESPN and 247 Composite
As a junior, he averaged 24.7 points, 7.4 rebounds, 2.0 assists, and 2.4 steals while shooting 53% from the floor and 40% from three. He helped lead McKinney to the 6A State Championship game.
Walter also competed on the Adidas 3SSB Circuit as he played for team Team Trae Young. He averaged 28.3 points per game.
He is playing his senior season at Link Academy in Branson, Missouri where he will compete on the NIBC circuit where current Baylor freshman Keyonte George showcased his skills for IMG Academy last year.
