Hope he has a lot of time on his hand to write his philosophies soon. If you can't recruit, you won't succeed. If you can't coach or recruit, you have no chance.

Mrs Dave: "would you like eggs for breakfast?"

Dave: "thanks for that question. If these are free range eggs then yes. If no please consider some other alternatives but don't over think it. Make sure you're cooking green (eggs & ham) to ensure making the most of this breakfast opportunity and to win at life and breakfast over eater and all that"

"Where there is failure there is opportunity" Aranda

Translation: He can't get it done so it's about time to hire the next great wonder coach.

Since Coach Briles 17 winning years tenure, Baylor has turned into a revolving door for coaches. Grobe was a baby sitter for the BOR, Rhule was a baby who never committed to Baylor and now Aranda is so cerebral that he's failed to get the team motivated.

Revolving door football programs are our ticket to the bottom.

Poach a coaching staff with a proven record. No more experiments with "this is an up and comer!" Leave that to the non P5's.
