There shouldn't be any Shapen haters anymore. He hasn't been real sharp today but he's been one of precious few bright spots on our offense this season.


Dave has regressed the team so Much shapen looks like the mvp. I credit shapen. He could have folded. And didn't.

Shapen's not horrific and he's never gonna be a top QB in the Big 12. He's an average QB, which is fine because you can win a conference championship with an average QB as long as the rest of your team is complete. We did it with Bohanon (and Shapen for a couple of games).

Their backup is terrible. He played at the end of the Iowa State game and was missing guys by two yards.

As soon as we get up, watch for Grimes to go right back to what he knows. And possibly put the game at risk in the 4th quarter because of it.
