Pitt or Florida, we should be fine. Florida has some length but not overpowering.

Have to laugh at myself. I had to get on a soccer team meeting at 7:30 (kept game on while they were talking.) For some reason I was thinking Missi was giving an athletic display but had an off night.

Dude was 5-9 fg with 14 points, 14 rebounds, and 2 blocks.

Either I was way off, or: wowza - his off nights are fantastic.

He might be my favorite player.

Cant be off-night 2. That was because Davion was making OTHER people have off-nights.

Think of it like a double entendre

It is what we want it to be

I didn't get to post tonight because I was on the road, but I really like this team. There are so many weapons and so few egos.

This group is going to be a ton of fun to follow this season.

Missi continues to impress. The one thing he'll need to improve at is free-throw shooting. He'll be a hard guy to play at the end of tight games if he doesn't. But this kid brings so much to the floor. He and Walter are special.

Missi has a bit of an edge to him, a nastiness to his game we haven't had around here in a while. Flexing after dunks and finger-wagging after blocks. Still has so many nuances to learn but possesses tantalizing upside and talent, and even more important he plays with hunger and effort.

If Missi is playing like Davion did then "Off Night 2" would be applicable. It's like when Mark Vital was known as "Baby Rico."
