Where Do Baylor's Finn and Robertson Rank Among Big 12 Quarterbacks?

One reason I’m relatively high on Baylor’s offense this Fall is that, between Dequan Finn and Sawyer Robertson, Baylor should have solid QB play at worst and potentially even great QB play. 

But looking across the league, the Big 12 is absolutely stacked at QB. 

• Arizona - Noah Fifita. 3rd-year player, started final 9 games last year, put up fantastic numbers. Short but very effective pocket passer.
• Arizona State - Sam Leavitt.
