Jacksonville (FL) The Bolles School 2025 wide receiver Chase Collier has committed to Baylor following his official visit this weekend. He becomes commit No. 9 in the 2025 class and the second wide receiver joining Ashton Jones.

"My official visit went amazing and what stood out to me the most this weekend with the visit was the family feeling between the players and the coaches/staff,” he said. "The atmosphere is amazing; Being with Baylor this weekend showed me a lot; they are very genuine and will take good care of you. I did get the home feeling at Baylor with the coaching staff and players as well. I feel like Baylor could be a place that’ll fit home for me; they set the standard pretty high!"
The 6-foot-1, 175-pound prospect posted 571 yards and six touchdowns during his junior season. He also excels in track as he was part of the 4x100 team that won the FHSAA Track and Field State Championship with a 41.16 time. He has personal bests of 10.78 in the 100m and 21.91 in the 200m.
“Coach Dallas Baker stresses to me all the time about my speed,” he said. “He loves the way I catch the ball and what I do with the ball in my hands as well. The offense was pretty appealing to me knowing that it’s going to be a new offense that they’ll be running as well. They want to utilize my skill set to give me as much one on one matchups…being able to use my speed.”
He chose Baylor over offers from Virginia, Boston College, Arkansas, Duke, Iowa, Troy, Tulane, Vanderbilt, Michigan State, and Kansas among others.
Collier is a consensus three-star prospect has he holds a rating of 86 on 247, 86 according to On3, and 5.6 on Rivals.
