Revisiting Baylor Football's Record Prediction

Prior to the season, I made my record prediction at 5-7, splitting up Baylor’s schedule into these categories:

• Slam-Dunk Wins — These are usually against FCS opponents, horrendous non-conference opponents or what used to be Kansas. Now that Kansas is good, there are no slam dunk wins in conference play.
• Heavy Favorites — These are games where I’d say Baylor should win >75% of the time and is likely an 8+ point favorite.
