Disappointed he couldn't get the ground game going? Well did he really think he could run on that defense. We had 6 yards on the ground through 3 quarters last week vs WVA before Brewer came in. Did he watch film and decide all of a sudden he could run. Obviously this is coach speak. Of course at this point there isn't nothing he can say. Disgraceful. I don't know why I listen.

Wow his presence is disgraceful. Look at your audience. Not down at the ground or lectern. Stop fidgeting. If he is uncomfortable up there then perhaps put him at a table and let him sit.

He is avoiding eye contact with anyone. That just is awful for a coach to do when talking.

Then as others above have said. He was just giving excuses, saying the same tired phrases and beating around the bush of how maybe the coaching had something to do with the loss.

Yeah, he almost looks drunk with his messy hair and 5 o'clock shadow...he just looks tired I'm not dissing his personal appearance. I can only imagine how badly he doesn't want to be up there talking and it shows. Really after that loss there ain't much to say. How bout we sucked at coaching and playing and pray we get better.

Have some class. This guy is working hard for Baylor. Nobody else cares about our university except us... If you're so petty as to attack a guy for a five o'clock shadow and a hairstyle I seriously doubt you even went to Baylor.

That's NOT what WE stand for...

YOU should know better.

He's a yankee, they think they know everything. When he came down here he was gonna show us rednecks how to play some ball. Then he found out everything he believed about the Big 12 was wrong. Now he's lost and doesn't know what to do.

YOU should know better.

Having some class also means having the confidence to look everyone else in the room in the eye and not fidget like a 7 year old boy with ADHD. That was as painful to watch as Garland's Texas Senate subcommittee testimony last March. I understand he's frustrated. Hell, we're all frustrated. Maybe he can alleviate that frustration by admitting that the staff hasn't schemed to player's strengths or game planned based on the fast pace of our conference.

All this guy is trying to do is win for Baylor.

We can be critical of the teams performance, but as an alumnus I'm not going to sit back and let internet trolls act like they actually care about Baylor and its values while personally attacking someone for losing football games.

That's ridiculous and childish.

These people need to grow up.

These people need to grow up.

If he's trying to win for Baylor, he's not trying very hard. I don't see much study as to how our conference scores and humility to acknowledge that his schemes and gameplans haven't worked (with a few exceptions). I'm an alum, too; not some internet troll. If part of the culture was how the team carried themselves, then maybe he needs to watch his own presser and carry himself like he's a million dollar coach. He's the captain of the ship. If we lose, it's on him.

Um, wow......listening to all of these injury excuses reminded me of the last few coaches at Baylor.....

And how they didn't try to explain away their poor coaching on players getting hurt........

Ironic that the coach who brought in the Oklahoma drill and the Little Tykes basketball goal is now playing the sympathy card on how "beat up" his team is.......YOU sir are the reason this is happening......YOU sir are the coach of a Power 5 school.....and YOU sir are the one deciding who plays QB......

And don't tell me you have a "young" team...the two QBs at UT are not seniors......and look at LSU and others who have also played freshman......

And YOU sir, need to start focusing on ACU next year......or YOU sir will be weaker than I thought you were when we hired you.....

Finally, YOU sir should develop a game plan this week because YOU have a game this Saturday....YOU are not in the Northeast and in a weak conference where a couple of players make a difference....YOU have to coach both sides of the ball all week, getting the players prepared, and actually have a strategy on game day to know what the hell YOU are doing.......

And as one of your fellow coaches in the Northeast would say (Bill Parcells)....YOU are what your record says YOU are.......and right now, YOU are 0-fer......which means YOU are awful.....and just proves that no team in Texas should have hired YOU.....

Y'ALL NEED TO CHILL OUT.

The team lost a few games that they shouldn't have, but they also nearly won a few they statistically had no chance in... This is going to take time and if you can't wait it out you're no better than a common t-shirt fan.

If you listen to the way our players speak about Coach Rhule you'd know this guy is doing all the right things.

The players have a gun to their head. Williams is proof. He averaged over 4 yards per carry last week, but only got the ball 7 times and 0 times in the 2nd half while people Rhule prefers got less than 2 TPC and his favorite guy, Lovett, got .4.

You can't expect players that he already doesn't want to play (anyone he didn't recruit) to speak up publicly. That's never going to happen.
