It was really all on one drive, though. After their touchdown drive, we clamped things down pretty good.

I can't complain about the way we opened or closed the half defensively.

Arnold is 6/13 for 92 yards passing and has carried 5 times for 27 yards and 2 TDs.

It's third-and-2 from near midfield. Just get the damn first and then you can run whatever you want.

The only thing I wanted from this stupid game was a chance to watch young kids play most of the second half, and we're not going get that.

I'm tired of watching our teams look disinterested in playing football for large stretches of every game.

Sawyer is missing wide open receivers, too, though.

We just look like we're going through the motions today, which is disappointing. We're not good enough to waste opportunities to build depth and get better.

Seems and sounds weird to say when you're winning 35-7, but we look off timing wise on offense today. We do enough to score against a severely undermanned opponent but we certainly aren't doing it with precision.

That's what I wanted the first drive of this half. Now we're on the third possession and have chewed up most of the third quarter.

The damage has already been done. Our twos may get one or two real possessions now.

We've only allowed 83 yards around their one touchdown drive. That's like 10 yards per possession on the other eight.

The defense has rebounded pretty well from its one bad possession.
