Agree. Why does it seem like Spav stubbornly tries to establish the running game when we need to pass and against this overmatched bunch that we should be able to just blow off the line of scrimmage at will we're going all out on the passing game?

You have to establish the running game in the first half if you want to be able to rely on it late. You have to wear down the defense with early runs, so that those same plays will go for bigger gains in the second half..

We got lucky to get that red zone turn over earlier… And now lucky to get a personal foul.

This could easily be 14-14 or 14-10.

I'm not worried about this game. We'll talent our way to a comfortable win.

But I want to see us play well, and we haven't so far today.

Hopefully, they'll get it together from here on and play more to their capabilities the rest of the way.

I think that's probably accurate for the offense.

I think the defense is, unfortunately, just that bad.
