Hats off to the D the last 5 minutes. They stopped the penetration to the basket forcing KU to the outside, and KU's shots aren't falling.

Williams has gotta understand where he's playing. He's not gonna get those inside drive calls at AFH. I feel that was one disadvantage we had coming into this game. Skillings is really the only one on our entire roster who understands the uphill battle you have at AFH with KU and the whistle (or lack thereof).

I'm not much on moral victories but we easily could have gotten blown out of the gym the way this started and we didn't. We played our way back in and really should be even closer or in the lead. We're in a reasonable enough position to come back and win so I'm not that offput by the first half.

Yeah Mr. Halftime guy. It would be a blow out without Carr and Yessoufou, 31 points. Now, look at the KU stats sheet and see if Peterson (20) and Bidunga (10) weren't on KU, then we'd be blowing them out.

How do guys like this get paid $500,000 to say stupid crap.

No, it's not, but the pattern of battling their tails off to climb out of a hole only to immediately turn around and have multiple crap possessions where the ball doesn't move and somebody trying to play hero ball gets stuffed rears its head once again,
