Baylor in the Mix as Serbian Big Man Lazar Stojkovic Schedules Official Visit
Lazar Stojkovic, a 7-foot-0, 220-pound center from Serbia, is planning to take an official visit to Baylor on Feb. 25-26, according to On3’s Joe Tipton; Stojkovic will be a member of the 2026 recruiting class.
In the 2025 EuroLeague Next Generation Tournament, Stojkovic posted averages of 10.8 points, 6.4 rebounds and 2.4 blocks per game. Meanwhile, in the EuroBasket Under-18 Tournament, he averaged 4.7 points and 2.9 rebounds across seven contests.
Stojkovic currently plays professionally in Serbia with both Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet and BKK Radnički. Crvena Zvezda competes in the Serbian League, the ABA League and the EuroLeague, while Radnički emphasizes developing young talent.
The Bears have three centers on the roster with remaining eligibility for next year. High Point transfer junior Juslin Bodo Bodo and true freshman Mayo Soyoye are both redshirting, while James Nnaji will have three years of eligibility remaining if all three players return.
The 18-year-old big man is also set to take visits to Kansas (Feb. 23-24) and Ohio State (Feb. 28-March 1), as well as potentially St. Bonaventure and other programs.
