Baylor (33-1) plays Oregon State (25-7) on Friday March 23 at 6:00pm CST for the chance to advance to the Elite 8 in the Lexington Bracket of the Women's NCAA Tournament.  The game is televised on ESPN2 and ESPN3.  Here is a look at the match-up:

Should have extended the game by fouling the worst FT shooter, but other than that it was the right D. At least make em make a3 in the clutch

There is no defense for them if they are hot unless you are UCONN. It's that simple. I told everybody we had to play with controlled chaos to win and we came out played THEIR game. Unreal....5 years.

It has a groundhogs day feel to it. With Kristi, we win tonight but still IMO drop short of the prize.

We'd have beat them in 1983... but it's not 35 years ago and the 3 point shot is a thing. You can't have an entire team and have no one who can shoot a 3 in 2018

Chou is a good player but she was rusty. Not sure Juicy would've done much better but Chou clearly wasn't ready for this.

Sweet 16's are nothing to sneeze at. It's quite an accomplishment. But, our ability to dominate the Big 12 and not make it out of regionals kinda confirms the overall softness of the Big 12 compared to some other conferences.

We cannot continue the be so post oriented. It's too easy to pack it in the paint and make us shoot from the outside and we don't have a game plan for that.

Oh well, there's always next season.

Disappointed with game because clearly we just did not play well. However what a great group of kids and I have loved following them this year. This was the round I thought before Season if we could get it would be a success. The way they played though made me believe we could do more. Love my Lady Bears. Next year should be fun.

Next year we will have talented depth, and everyone will be a year older.

Hopefully that will be the year that we get over the hump.

Next season we should be able to put out a better shooting lineup. I hope we choose to take advantage of that. We are too vulnerable to a tight zone if we won't show a consistent deep threat. The shooters are there, we just have to use them right. The post players will still get their touches.

3 of your 5 point deficit came on the And1 they gave Gulich when she hooked her left arm behind Cox's waist as she drove around her.

Who knows if the other 2 could have come with the 2.1 seconds the officials refused to put back on the clock at the end of the 3rd.

This is what I was saying all game.

Instead of forcing, forcing, and forcing the ball down low, we should've ran it through our guards. Let Morris penetrate into the lane, let her iso.

When Brown graduates next year, I expect our entire style of play to change.

Morris, Landrum, Chou, and Cox all can. We just didn't utilize them like that today. Have to prove early that we can shoot over their zone.

We have 3 pt shooters but we only turn them loose when we're way ahead or way behind...unless we incorporate the 3 into our regular offense we'll never get back to the final four....
