Before tonight, Arizona had won 52 straight non-conference games at home, had not lost at home to a non-conference opponent since 2011.

Streak. Broken.
That which does not kill me, will try again and get nastier

Just flat out crashed them on the offensive boards. I watched and every second chance looked like it went to us. I wasn't even worried on our rebounds as the game went on. "Oh, we'll get the rebound." is what I thought if we missed a shot. It was a very nice game to watch, the Bears came out and played very aggressive and never let up. Very huge win for this season and for Drew, his staff and this squad. Sic 'Em!

2-6 from the field... But he was 0-6 from the line until he sank his last attempt

The U of A fans would cheer so loud any time they even got just a routine defensive rebound. The effect of Baylor's rebounding was definitely felt in arena.

Excellent decision by me not to post at all in the 2nd half. I'm very happy to watch Baylor defeat Arizona, 58-49! 52-game home non-conference home winning streak for Arizona ended in the process. 22 points for Mason. 16 rebounds for Vital. A memorable win for Scott Drew in his 500th basketball game at Baylor.

Surprised it took noted stoner Dead Head Bill Walton to point out the great things about our school and program.

Just got home. Is it me or does Walton remind anyone of stoned or drunk dude n college who just rambled. If you were drunk it was ok.
I don't get the novelty.

I was more prepared for the game and I didn't know it was ok. I at least know a little about both schools.

Reminded me a bit of the noncon game against A&M 3-4 years ago when A&M shot 67% from the field but lost by 15 because they had 0 offensive rebounds.

Loved his rebounding, but his production otherwise is absolute s----. No reason to go 0-for 6 at the line.

Tristan Clark
Matt Mayer
Makai Mason

Drew did a great job as well picking apart UofA's weaknesses. But he needs to get King McClure focused and productive. This was definitely a 'sign of life' game for the Bears, but it's the bottom chunk of the roster that needs to step up.

I worry that if we aren't getting points from Mason we're screwed. At this point in time, that ankle is a serious concern.

18 offensive rebounds is a crazy number. A team won't lose many games doing that. I hate to say it, but that's not something you can depend on longterm. It's difficult to sustain that kind of effort. But it was certainly impressive. We really need a another guard besides Maison to step it up on offense. Butler seems worthy of more minutes.
