they have the #1 kenpom D, by a decent margin. they only give up 86.4 points per 100 possessions, which is nuts.

one of the guys that I talk to that played for a lot of years and coaches said a key to watch is if we are able to lob over the top of Louisville in the post. Louisville likes to front on post entry passes to create steals and deflections. We will need to be able to seal and lob it over top to get lay-ups and dunks. If we don't make them pay for fronting... could be a long day.

I'm sure they can front and stop lobs at the same time... they have 2 of the longest humans I have ever seen, lol

We are going to have make some outside shots and bust the zone.

Coach Drew making 2nd half adjustments to lock down on defense. Switching to man against MSU helped fuel that comeback.

yes and both skinny. Have to go hard in the paint and get free throw attempts

Our bigs are going to have to be sharp passing out of the post but if they do front us I hope we seal them and allow LeComte & Freeman to drive baseline on them. It will be important for guards to float along the 3pt line in both cases. Lets hope our bigs don't try to force things on their shot blockers. Lots of scouts watching this one.

Eeesh not a good start. Louisville is going to make it hard for us to get it to Motley. Need Lecomte and Freeman to hit perimeter shots at a high clip.

Ish is going to have to hit open shots as teams will leave him uncovered and double our best players. It would also be nice if LeComte found his stroke today. Guards have to have their best game to give us a chance vs Louisville.

Lecomte with a drive and dish but we can't get the shot off, as it's blocked and the clock expires.

yeah, we might lose badly today, UL is a possible Final Four team and looks like a bad match-up.
