Baylor pledge A.J. McCarty not pleased with his early season performance

Baylor defensive back pledge AJ McCarty‍ out of Brownwood is hard on himself. The 5-foot-11, 180 pound “do anything his coach needs from him” prospect has led the Lions to a perfect 6-0 start including a 35-0 victory over Grand Oaks on Friday, but he believes he can still do more. 

“Personally, my season has started off alright,” McCarty said. “Not how I wanted it exactly by it’s been good.
