Behind the scenes, everything is going extremely well. The early signs indicate Collen is doing the right things for the right reasons. Retaining Jeremy Hefner as Director of Athletic Performance provides some consistency. The current players had great confidence in Hefner, and he's done a great job of forming strong relationships with their roster.
