Worked that time!
Open the link, right click, Copy Image. Come back to Sic'em. Right click, Paste into the Reply box. Then Post. That was the second method I usedGeorge Truett said:

No, you can right click on a photo, Copy image, and paste into your Reply box, then hit Post

Imgur is a free place that you can upload images without having to sign up for an account. Any instagram, twitter link that ends in .jpg, .png or .gif will also work.
