Watched the 1997 remake of the original 1957 production Twelve Angry Men. Lee J. Cobb and Henry Fonda in the '57 version; George C. Scott and Jack Lemon playing the same characters in the '97 remake.
The original version was used as conversational fodder at Baylor's Leakey Leadership Lab during Christmas break in 1972 (Stranger, et al who were at Baylor in the early '70s may be one of the few who might get that "Leakey" reference)
For any of you who have ever served on a capital murder jury (or who have had some personal connection to one) . . . this one makes you think--at least the original did me in 1972, and when I see the remake as well.
