I really cant believe the Panthers fired Ron Rivera. From what i have read about him, he is a fantastic leader and communicator.

Until prove otherwise, I would think he would be in the Top 5 candidates for our HC

The morning guys on the Ticket in Dallas this morning were saying the Cowboys have to do whatever they can to get Matt Rhule

I don't think there is anyway he would go to Dallas. He turned down the Jets job last year because they would not give him complete control of hiring staff. There is no way he's going to work with a micromanager like Jerry

If we have to lose him to the NFL Of course the Cowboys would be my preference But I really don't want to lose him

He's such a perfect fit for Baylor even beyond his coaching

Yep....I've heard that...but Jerry is the owner....he doesn't have to let himself get trapped like that. He doesn't have any obligation to stick with the interim.

If we really have Super Bowl talent (and maybe on defense we really don't) that locker room needs some leadership. Garrett is a massive lame duck and it's no secret from the players. He has zero cred to lead anymore. Keeping him in place is giving up on a season where you are going to be gifted into the playoffs.
