Stephen Jones: “Michael Gallup has a great chance to take the next step in terms of what he can do. Coming off a major ACL, I think it’s pretty typical that guys improve from the first year to the second year. There’s usually a jump. And I fully expect Michael to do that.”

I suggest cancellation and getting fubo instead. Hulu sucks and cuts out in the middle of games and movies. Also way too expensive for such a crappy product.

Fubo isn't a bad option. I really like YouTube TV and the multi paltform and streaming allowance.

Also the Myers kid from Notre Dame. More in the vein of the two we have now thoughAssassin said:
Looks like TE is the most widely mocked 1st rounder for the Cowboys. As we have two young receiving TEs, a primarily blocking TE might help the running game, the kid from Georgia is the most promising there.

I have no problem as we are drafting without a specific hard need.BearForce said:Assassin said:Also the Myers kid from Notre Dame. More in the vein of the two we have now thoughAssassin said:

If he is the best player available sure but I am not all that excited about a 1st round TE unless you are telling me he is the next Kelce or Gronk.

CBS Mock;
Rd. 1 No. 26 - Sam LaPorta - TE (Iowa)
"Dalton Schultz played on the franchise tag a year ago and he's now in Houston. Meanwhile, at tight end the Cowboys have Jake Ferguson, Peyton Hendershot and Sean McKeon, who combined for 32 receptions a season ago.
The Iowa tight end is one of five players at the position who could end up being top 40 selections, and there was a lot of buzz around the league after his pro day that he could go much higher than conventional wisdom might suggest.
His tape is impressive when you account for the fact that he was playing in an antiquated Iowa offense."
I'm really open to what position we go at 26, but TE is trending . Love Ika in the second if he is still thereBearForce said:Assassin said:

I will say that Iowa has put out some damn good TEs recently.
Dak Prescott recently had his first throwing session with new Cowboys WR Brandin Cooks.
— Jon Machota (@jonmachota) April 18, 2023
Dak on @AdamSchefter podcast: “It was very exciting to throw with him today. The guy is different. That is real speed.”
So my top pick is Bijan Robinson but I would not trade up for him unless it was a pick or two or we traded up for a pick trading a current Dallas player .Assassin said:
So, the draft is less than a week away. Who are your 'either/or' picks at 26? Or tradeback out of the 1st?
If Ika is gone in round 2, then I like the TCU RB Kendre Miller. Lots of good things to like about this kidBearForce said:
Assuming first round grades
CB and WR are my first tier as both Gilmore and Cooks have to be looked at as rentals
RB but only if Robinson and only if he falls to you
TE Kincade, otherwise trade back
LG has to be addressed but hope to do it in round 2. That might require a trade up in round 2 though.

What will Dak Prescott do this weekend?
— David Moore (@DavidMooreDMN) April 22, 2023
Cowboys gave him tape of a couple of WRs team may draft. QB will review tape & likely reach out to players to chat.
“Maybe we take one, maybe we don’t,” Prescott said.
“It does feel good to have input & know it’s listened to.” pic.twitter.com/CodXzSOhar
