Cowboys don't have any plans to bring back TY Hilton next season after his brief stint with the squad last year.

btw - no problem loading it on my laptop. Watching Discovery right now. However using same login on TV and its telling me they are invalid. can you only watch 1 device at a time?

Thanks. Will stay with Hulu for the moment. First streaming app that I have used.

Also, figured out the two devices. I use IP Vanish. Turned it off and Hulu started right up

Looks like TE is the most widely mocked 1st rounder for the Cowboys. As we have two young receiving TEs, a primarily blocking TE might help the running game, the kid from Georgia is the most promising there.

If he is the best player available sure but I am not all that excited about a 1st round TE unless you are telling me he is the next Kelce or Gronk.

Mayer is able to make an impact as both a passer and blocker and would instantly upgrade the position. He registered at least 800 receiving yards in each of the past two seasons for Notre Dame to go along with 16 touchdown catches during that time.

And Lance Zierlein of NFL.com wrote that Mayer's professional comp was Cowboys legend Jason Witten, calling him a "big combination tight end with the demeanor for run blocking and the size for tough, chain-moving catches underneath" who "might need to polish his route running to become a high-volume target, but he's a safe pick and will be a good pro who can become a plus player as a run-blocker and pass-catcher."

Witten was an 11-time Pro Bowler who played all but one of his professional seasons in Dallas. If the Cowboys can get a player of that caliber at the positionwith the caveat that there's no guarantee Mayer will drop to No. 26 overall, when they first pick on April 27, or that he will actually live up to that lofty comparisonthey would surely be thrilled.

As the Dallas Cowboys prepare for next week's NFL draft, the team already has its eyes on rewarding a couple of key players with contract extensions.

"As we move forward, that'll become a bigger priority here as we move past the draft," Cowboys executive vice president Stephen Jones said on 105.3 The Fan on Tuesday (h/t Pro Football Talk's Josh Alper). "We've historically signed a lot of guys during that training camp period to extensions. But guys like CeeDee Lamb and [Trevon] Diggs are certainly on our radar in terms of guys that we'd love to have around here for another five, six years, whatever that turns out to be."

Dak Prescott recently had his first throwing session with new Cowboys WR Brandin Cooks.

So my top pick is Bijan Robinson but I would not trade up for him unless it was a pick or two or we traded up for a pick trading a current Dallas player .

If a top TE were available, that would be my 'or'.

Tradeback with Houston at 33. We get their 2nd and 3rd (2nd overall in each round) for our 26 and 3rd rounder. Trade value equals out pretty close. I would push for a 5th too

Assuming first round grades
CB and WR are my first tier as both Gilmore and Cooks have to be looked at as rentals
RB but only if Robinson and only if he falls to you
TE Kincade, otherwise trade back

LG has to be addressed but hope to do it in round 2. That might require a trade up in round 2 though.

If Ika is gone in round 2, then I like the TCU RB Kendre Miller. Lots of good things to like about this kid

What will Dak Prescott do this weekend?

Cowboys gave him tape of a couple of WRs team may draft. QB will review tape & likely reach out to players to chat.

Starting to feel that Florida OG O'Cyrus Torrence is who we are aiming for. Lots of folks are seeing OG slide in the draft. Would really love to get the #1 OG picking at 26

ESpn comes up with this projected trade. To pick up a 3rd with all the mid round talent in this draft and us not needing any specific position, if none of our 'must have' players are there at 26, I would be all over it
