Making a point. He didnt run through people to get past the line. After that he ran through a tackle. This was not the norm for Pollard. Still do not see him as the long term answer. At this point, would not extend him unless it was a one or two year dealBearForce said:So no credit for Pollard running through people as well and getting it to the end zone?Assassin said:Yea, what a huge hole by the guys between the tackles!BearForce said:

Beginning to think that we dont necessarily need to go CB high in the draft, assuming Diggs is healed. But re-sign Gilmore anyway.UBBY said:

What is your issue with saying he shouldnt be extended? We are in the assessment phase of this season as far as I am concerned. If you read this thread today, I was also down on the C Biadizz. He will also be a FA at the end of this seasonBearForce said:No one has said to extend him. He had a good run and ran through a couple of tackles. Lets us focus on either L or R OT or both high, like your mock draftBearForce said:At this point unless you have an Winfield Jr staring at you in the 2nd round and can put him in the slot, no need for a high pick at CB. Still need a slot guy assuming you leave Bland outside.Assassin said:Beginning to think that we dont necessarily need to go CB high in the draft, assuming Diggs is healed. This is your reply and my reply to yours above, which you see I did credit for running through a tackleBearForce said:Did I ever say we should extend him? NO!Assassin said:What is your issue with saying he shouldnt be extended? We are in the assessment phase of this season as far as I am concerned. That doesn't mean he doesn't deserve credit for a good run which you apparently dont want to give him any credit for. As for Badazz, you do notice I have been drafting Center in all the mock drafts I have done, right?

Took care of business. Get ready for the Commanders on turkey day now. As for the draft, tackle is priority numero uno. Then get depth/potential starters in the future at LB, CB, WR, HB.
yea should've said OLine as a whole is top priority.Assassin said:And C! Otherwise we have to re-sign BiadizzBearkatBear said:

PFF's projection for us in their two round mock
Round 1, Pick 22: OT JC Latham, Alabama: Latham is listed at 6-foot-6 and 360 pounds, ranking in the 61st and 98th percentiles, respectively.
Round 3, Pick 86: DI T'Vondre Sweat, Texas: He currently has a 91.9 overall grade and a 90.9 run-defense grade, stemming from 21 solo stops in run defense and an average depth of tackle of 0.22 yards.
Me too but there is no way Latham is going to drop that far, IMOBearForce said:Assassin said:

I would take that and be very happy.
